I ordered an open box TV with a BestBuy condition rating of "Excellent", that was shipped from the Saint Peters, Mo location. Upon arrival, I had to stop the FedEx delivery person so I could take pictures of the horribly disfigured package before he left. Upon opening the 3-piece box, the TV was floating around with no packing, other than 4 small, flat pieces of styrofoam. The stand and remote control were also inside, free to move around. The TV had an obvious crack near the bottom/center part of the screen, right where the remote control was laying. I didn't even bother trying to power on the TV. Called BestBuy immediately and they started the refund/return process. This TV should NEVER have left the store packed the way it was. A child could have packed it better, and BestBuy SHOULD have plenty of usable boxes and packing material to safely ship a TV. Horrible axperience.

I don't want to talk to AI or someone not in the store I purchased from. When I call because my item I bought is broke out of box and I am not able to speak to a person at the store it is not a good experience
my boyfriend took his airpods here to get fixed. took about a week exactly. they till him they're ready, only for him to get there and they tell him they lost the tips of his airpods. so they said they would look for them, that took a couple days. he gets a text that his airpods are ready for pickup. goes to get them, they still dont have the tips. these people are beyond incompetent. do NOT take your stuff here. how slow are you guys
