I want to commend your floor sales associate named Willis (sorry did not catch his last name). This service is what EVERY retail sales experience should strive to be. Knowledgeable, accurate, honest, and very easy to talk to. Directed me to exactly what I needed, did not try to upsell or add anything I didn’t need and when Best Buy didn’t have exactly what I was looking for, Willis went above and beyond and knew exactly where in town to find it.
