Bought a fridge here, the buying experience went well. However, delivery and wait has been a nightmare. Bought the fridge over 2 weeks ago, we are total tech members, the fridge was at another store less than 30 miles from the Springfield store and delivery location. If we lived in Springfield delivery would have been in less than a week even though it came from the Branson location. Delivery location was closer than Springfield and had to wait over 2 weeks. The original delivery date was changed by Best Buy. Our salesmen called and left a message but would not return our calls to tell him we needed it on the original date. We changed our plans, we were called the night before regarding delivery would be before noon. Now it’s says 2 pm and the driver has supposedly been in route since 11:30 and won’t answer even customer service calls.
Customer service after the sale is extremely poor.
