Geek Squad is useless. So I thought I needed an AirPod replacement. Specifically the left side ear piece.
They were trying to give me the run around.
They couldn’t do a simple diagnostic test on the spot. Trying to get me to set an appointment and come back the next day. Sent the AirPod piece off to Apple and get a replacement.
I fixed all the problems. Once the battery case was completely drained. It reset itself after plugging in to power source. Left AirPod detected and so did the right AirPod.
Problem fixed in under 5 minutes.
But geek squad didn’t even think about discharging and let it reset itself on the next power up.
