We came in for some help with the geek squad, there were plenty of friendly faces and Sarah was so helpful! Wonderful experience
Hannah and Jeremy were very helpful and polite when we told them about the defect we found on our laptop. They assisted us with a quick exchange, and we really appreciate their excellent service.
Seems to truly be a geek squad at this location. We have been in this store a few times in the recent past and could not get any help. Ask someone for help and was told they would get someone and no one shows up.
This week needed battery replaced in phone and it was a circus on both visits. Seems if you know about gaming you get their full attention but if you come for a service not so much. Make an appointment time and that is a joke. I will say there are some chairs so after a long wait you may get to use one. I did see a couple trying to do all the work but unfortunately they were not assigned me.
There are plenty of employees in the store but apparently they are supposed to just observe something. I would say new managers could help this location tremendously.

DO NOT BRING YOUR IPHONE HERE FOR REPAIR! Made an appointment through Apple to have my screen repaired by this stores “geek squad” And they returned my phone with more problems than it had before they fixed it, and proceeded to lie about it And refused to give me my money back, Even though I had documentation from them proving otherwise! I had to get an apple support manager on the phone and go back in the store and actually got these guys to lie about the diagnostics data where she could hear it! After that she filed an official complaint against the store with Apple management Apple is replacing my phone and Even sending me free AirPods for my Trouble. But do yourself a favor avoid this place for any repairs, even if you do it through Apple’s website
