We brought our iPad to the Geek Squad at this location, and the brainiac behind the counter (after making a fool of himself claiming he’s smarter than the internet) failed to correctly diagnose the issue with the screen and grossly over quoted the price of the repair. He told me I should just buy another iPad lolz….We went to Play and Talk in Mobile and they figured out the issue, ordered the part and fixed the iPad for literally a fraction of what Geek Squad quoted. What a joke.
