Went to the Biloxi store for a simple purchase. As usual the item I wanted was locked in a display so I stood there and at the end of the isle waiting for 25 minutes. Not one blue shirt approached. The only assistance I received was from the man working at the Geek Squad counter. This man spoke into his store comm device to request some one to help me. Finally I walked up to the first blue shirt who finally came up front and asked if he could help me. Absolutely no hint of apology for people not being served. Instead I was told "we were busy helping other customers" as I looked around at 6 or more customers waiting for help just like I was. Somehow I guess it was our fault. I turned and walked out of the store. In today's retail climate, any of you still in business can hardly afford to alienate paying customers. Bestbuy is far from the only source for your product line.
