Don't go here if you're black or have any type of locs braids etc. I recently purchased a 65 inch tv first followed by a 75 inch days after. 65 inch works flawless. The 75 inch doesn't work at all. After me and my postpartum wife carried it up a flight of stairs and mounted it. Prepared to relax in front of it for her birthday but there's a Crack along the entire top of the screen. We would've returned it the same day but the store was closed. The next day. Tried to return it and was completely disrespected by their General Manager "Chad". He say it didn't show any signs of damages to the box so it didn't happen in transit. He says due to the finger prints on the screen that I did it. Which ended up on the screen as I repackaged it for return. My wife even tried to explain because her frustration but he said "Respectfully I dont have to talk to you people." He refused my return and I am stuck with a massive paper weight. 🤯
