Love Best Buy, that being said I dislike AI, I can not connect with the Flowood branch, I get sent to some Barely English speaking center who I cannot understand.
I bought a product (Starlink) and when researching it it does not come with a wall bracket.
I did leave the system with them, paid Geek Squad to bring and install on Monday, no call here it is Tuesday and no call.
So anyhow, I was told to drive to their store by this answering service to confirm install and see if thy have bracket.
BEST BUY YOU HAVE TO DO BETTER!!!!
I am 1.5 hours away from your store, and am needing this system.

I had a great experience looking for wireless headphones. The gentleman was extremely knowledgeable about the various products and their levels of function. I was encouraged to try every product in my price point to determine the best value. He confirmed that my, "on sale" item was the best fit for me. I will definitely continue to do business here.
