If you're ever curious why Amazon is taking over the electronics industry, stop by this location. I walked in shortly after 11:00 a.m. was finally greeted in the computer area by a young lady who asked if I needed anything. I explained that I had found a computer online and wanted to look in store at them and see if there was anything else comparable that I had missed. She said okay and walked away.
After about 15 minutes of me searching, instead of being assisted by an associate who would know what's in stock and what's not in stock, I finally chose to leave the store and go somewhere else. Outside of this initial " I don't really want to help you" greeting, not a single person said anything to me or acknowledge the fact that I was standing in a department potentially looking to spend a significant amount of money today.
Now I will head to the Madison location and if I get better service, or really any service at all, I have a $1,900 laptop and a $400 accessory that I need to purchase today.
It was McCool, I bought a best here. Best place to buy Bests. perhaps my best purchase ever. My "best buy" if you will
5/31/25 19:03- Found what I needed but customer service kinda aggravated me. I don’t ask for much so either fully help me or just leave me alone.
