Just don't use this store. I had a fine experience with the appliance side of things, but every other experience I've had here has been horrible. This is the closest store to me and I drove in a half hour to pre order a game in person here solely because I wanted to get their specific pre order bonus. I talked with the employee who took my order and made this clear, asking if I was set to get the bonus. Prior to the order I called the phone number and spoke to three different people for unrelated things and each time I asked to make sure I was set to get that same bonus when the game released. Everyone I talked to looked at the order and said yet I was set for it. Come release day the bonus is nowhere to be seen. The POS manager just looked at it and said its too bad you should have made sure it was on the order beforehand. When I explained that I did with multiple people the response was essentially "we don't know how to train our employees, and that's your problem. Why are you upset about it?" I immediately returned the game on the spot for a refund since the whole reason I bought it there was that bonus, and bought it in a much more convenient location on the way home. I will not be going to this store ever again, even if I need an appliance. The staff was unknowledgeable and the manager was apathetic at best. You will have a much better experience buying online or at a different retailer entirely.
Wish they had an option for 0 stars . Ask someone for help said he can’t help me he busy . He call someone waited for an hour still no help.
To call the store is a nightmare you can not speak to a person. Crappy automated phone system
