I purchased a computer that was open box and was told it would be as if it was brand new. I got home and it is still logged into the previous owners account. I can’t get speak with anyone in the store via phone to try to reset/wipe the computer. When calling the store number, you have to navigate through prompts to speak with someone who works remote than can’t help you.
Pienso que ya no es la tienda que era antes, donde encontrabas mucho surtido de todo lo que quisieras de electronica, computadoras y appliances, ahora vas a la tienda y hay pocas cosas y te dicen que mejor lo pidas en línea, entonces mejor ahorrate la vuelta y compra en línea.
