Best Buy Flowood

Absolutely terrible service and zero accountability. I scheduled a flatscreen television installation at the Flowood store location well in advance. Because Best Buy requires you to be present, I took a hard-earned day off from work today to ensure I would be home for the delivery and setup window. Instead of fulfilling the appointment, their drivers went to the completely wrong address due to their own routing error. When I tried to get this resolved After multiple calls in and different customer service representatives involved , Best Buy completely washed their hands of the mistake, offering no immediate solutions or dispatch overrides. Despite the fact that they messed up, I was told they couldn't get anyone back out to my actual address until Monday. They expect customers to lose wages and clear their schedules twice to accommodate Best Buy’s incompetence. On top of that, trying to reach a live person at this local store to get a straight answer is a nightmare And eventually you’ll give up without reaching anybody, as the automated phone system loops and hangs up on you. Utterly unprofessional And no way to treat a Best Buy card holder since 2005. Avoid using their installation services if your time has any value to you. P.S. Sending a bot response telling me to go message you on Facebook instead of having a local manager call me to fix your screw-up tells me everything I need to know. Services have been cancelled! Never again!

Don't go there with a tank top idk why you would but if u do just be ready to be overly watched and asked "do you need any help"

I came in on 06/12/2026 Kodi is absolutely great. He helped me with Blink cameras. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and very understanding to my needs. I appreciate it Kodi. Definitely will be visiting the store again and definitely will be looking his help again. I felt very valued as a customer!!!
