How do I check product availability at the Flowood Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.
My local Flowood Best Buy store and BestBuy.com ran out of the item I want. Is there another way to get it?

I bought a gift that requires service/installation. When can I expect that to be scheduled?

Some stores may have different hours where required by local ordinances or landlord regulations. Mall-based Best Buy store hours may vary based on mall hours. I asked the Geek Squad can my Surface Pro 3 be upgraded to Windows 11? Placed on hold, she returned, said yes and sold me the upgrade. It won’t take and now I am told it can’t be returned.

I called Best Buy to inquire about an item in Jackson Ms store. The girl could barely speak english and hardly understood what i was asking about. she ended up putting item in my cart when i did Not want to order item. And when i tried to remove it, i got a scam email saying i was charged for it. I tried to call Best Buy again and got a man who i could barely understand and was of No help. really disappointed in the lack of competency in their employees. Now im getting scam emails daily due to this woman who should not be answering calls.

We would also ask that if they asked to remotely control your computer to setup a Geek Squad appointment in store to make sure that no viruses, or malicious control was taken of your computer from whomever had asserted they were helping you.
