My experience with Hayden at Best Buy in Gulfport Ms was amazing. Top tie excellence. I went on my lunch break because I was in desperate need to upgrade my phone. He did everything in his power to make sure I got it done in exactly perfect timing. I am forever thankful for him. He went above and beyond to help me when the actual sales associates were busy. Laura at the geek squad desk was so very helpful and knowledgeable. Brought my 10-year-old laptop in to retrieve data and transfer data to a new device. She was very instrumental and knowledgeable and helping me select a new laptop. Was very pleased with my purchase. Three days later, I got the notification that my data was successfully transferred and ready for pick up. Laura was there again this day. We are locked and looked at my desktop items and realized that some of my purchased applications did not transfer over. She sought the assistance of technician JeremyA. He successfully added these much needed purchased applications to my new device while explaining each and every step that he was performing to get there. Both Jeremy and Laura was so very helpful and friendly. I never felt rushed by either of them while they multitasked, helping other customers waiting on things to download and install of mine. They made me feel comfortable and made this experience so stress-free while learning and navigating through this cumbersome process which was way over my pay grade. I hope you both see this and know how much I appreciate you both. The Slidell store is 20 minutes away from me. I will continue driving 55 minutes to the Gulfport store, even if it is just to buy accessories.
