HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE .. I GOT FREE DELIVERY IT WAS A 98INCH TV THEY DO NOT UNBOX IT THEY WANT 150 EXTRA DOLLARS TO.UNBOX IT .. I.HAVE PICTURES ME AND MY WIFE HAD TO DO IT .. SO MUCH FOR FREE DELIVERY I COULD.HAVE BROUGHT MY TV HOME A WEEK EARLY IF I WOULD HAVW KNOWN THIS IS GARBAGE .. U GET SOMETHING DELIBERED ANYWHERE ELSE THEY AT LEAST UNBOX IT HORRIBLE BUSSINESS BEWARE

Compré una TV Insignia desde agosto de 2025 la cual está dando problemas que se pone la pantalla azul y tengo que reiniciar cada vez y porque no compre su garantía dicen no tiene y llame a Insignia y ellos dicen que si tiene garantia, pero Bestbuy me quieren cobrar por enviarlo a Insignia y e llamado a Insignia 6 veces y siempre dicen lo mismo pero ninguno resuelve nada y busque en Google y dice que ese tipo de TV tiene ese problema
