Online order placed for a Garmin DashCam & MicroSD Card that were both listed as "INSTOCK" at Diberville location. Ready for pickup in 1 hour March 31. 30 minutes later I get an email notification that part of my order was ready for pickup (the Micro SD Card). Another hour or so, I get a notification that the Garmin DashCam is NOT in stock but may be available at another nearby store. So I click the other store options and they claim they have them in stock for pickup in 1 Hour. I modified my order to get all items from Gulfport. 2 hours later, no order ready notification, so I called the store number and the long auto response "BOT" finally connected me to a live person, who was obviously NOT in the store, probably not in the western hemisphere. He claimed that he had access to the store system and showed the item in stock and reserved for me but there was a problem with my bank card. So I terminated the call and drove to Gulfport to resolve the alleged card issue or present another card for payment. Guess what! They don't have one in stock either, so the bank card problem was total BS! The guy at the pickup counter told me that the store in Mobile, Slidell and Hattiesburg had them in stock. I have ZERO confidence that they are in stock so I cancelled the entire order. Will order from Amazon or Garmin direct....
