Despite what some people have mentioned in their reviews, I have received excellent customer service at this Best Buy Location.

I went in a week ago looking for a new GoPro MAX2 360 Camera. As soon as I passed the first aisle I had a guy ask if we needed anything. I told him what I was looking for. He got it, scanned it, rang me up and I was back in my truck in less than 5 minutes from the time I walked in.

I went back yesterday because the GoPro was malfunctioning. They very quickly processed a return. Unfortunately there wasn't another one in stock (even though it showed it online) but they checked all the shelves and the cage to make sure.
I did not want to wait for one to be shipped to me. Fortunately, their very courteous sales lady "JJ" quickly located one in D'iberville and arranged curbside pickup for me. I was able to swing by and pick up the replacement with no issues.

I appreciate how their team is always willing to help out. I have looked over the profiles of some of the folks leaving bad reviews and it would appear as though they just have a terrible time everywhere they go. (maybe it's just them 👀)
