This Best Buy is wonderful. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about their products and services. Store is very clean and nice. I would recommend buying the product extended warranty for their appliances and electronics. Highly recommended store.

I went in store Sunday 10/25/26 to purchase 2 items. I needed help in deciding what would be best for me. There were 3 other customers in the store. One was being assissted by employee. I counted 7 employees all have dufferent conversations amongst themselves. All understood until 30 minutes went by. I approched 2 employees that glanced at me and continued talking. They finished tjeir most important convo within 2 minutes and asked what I needed. I told them and as they walked off told me they would find someone to help me. Awesome, yay. Another 20 minutes go by, store is STILL not busy and NO HELP. Not even a glance. I am a patient person in every way but I will never beg someone to take my money. They lost my buisness.
