Absolutely terrible. Cannot get through to anyone at the store. You have to deal with some idiotic AI voice over the phone that eventually transfers you to India. Once you’re in India, it’s nothing but morons reading from a script and refusal to transfer you to the store. What should literally take a few minutes turned into hours! Finally someone told me that Bestbuy no longer answers the phones, emails, or call back requests from the store that it all goes to India now. There’s a reason why their stock went from $125 a share to $60 a share since they started doing this. Finally cancelled my order of over $3,000 and went to Cowboy Maloney where they actually answer the phone and want to deal with customers. It’s mind boggling that in 2026 a business still tries to pull this crap. Everyone blamed corporate. Fire whoever thought this was a great idea and fire whoever agreed with it. I’m sure your shareholders would love to know you’re ignoring customers.

Visited this store on May 16th (6ish). Drove there from Slidell because we were being treated like thieves in the Slidell store after about 45 min. We are at about the hour mark when an older short blonde approached us and told us we shouldn't be shopping in "her"( no idea of her "title") store and then ordering online.(We had no intentions of that to start with). She gave me multiple ridiculous reasons for why that was wrong. So I told my wife "let's go," lady replied, "yea, that'll be better." Had good help otherwise, manager was polite, but ultimately I can't put my money towards a paycheck that's not appreciated, and having someone waste that much of our time when i have that choice. We set out @ 10:00 a.m.to buy 3 bedroom TVs, I bigger, quality model, 2 rather small budget TVs, and a phone dock, arrived home @8:pm with none of those things after visiting 2 Best Buy stores full of those exact things. Won't happen again. The customers are not your Enemy, folks. Quite the opposite.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE .. I GOT FREE DELIVERY IT WAS A 98INCH TV THEY DO NOT UNBOX IT THEY WANT 150 EXTRA DOLLARS TO.UNBOX IT .. I.HAVE PICTURES ME AND MY WIFE HAD TO DO IT .. SO MUCH FOR FREE DELIVERY I COULD.HAVE BROUGHT MY TV HOME A WEEK EARLY IF I WOULD HAVW KNOWN THIS IS GARBAGE .. U GET SOMETHING DELIBERED ANYWHERE ELSE THEY AT LEAST UNBOX IT HORRIBLE BUSSINESS BEWARE
