Came in to buy a tv. Was told someone would be right with me. Had to go back to the front to ask for a sales person. When the sales person finally showed up, they would get 5 stars. But had to wait too long just to purchase the tv i had already picked out.

I went here just to get a replacement phone screen for my iPhone and they recommended I change my battery which was almost an extra $100, they were already charging me $360 after tax for to replace my phone screen which is over priced, then it took 24 hours before my phone was ready to pick up when I was told it would be ready in 2-3 hours, and waited in town for nearly 8 hours to be told my phone wouldn’t be ready until the next day, that means they de-prioritized me just because I was a walk in customer and didn’t have an appointment, that’s fine by me, because I’ll never you them again to do a phone screen replacement, I’ll go somewhere else, C-Spire does it, but most of the time they don’t have the screens in for older phones since nobody can afford a brand new iPhone and has older phones, I don’t appreciate being pushed to the bottom of the line for not having an appointment and I was here right when the store opened, what’s funny is when I went to go check on my phone later that afternoon, a geek squad associate told me it wasn’t ready and that they would call me when it was ready instead of being honest and saying they haven’t started on my phone yet and it won’t be ready until the next day, I’m guessing he did that just to get me out of the way since I had already paid them over $400, they didn’t even call me to tell me they had run into a problem with the software update, I had to go back to the store again 3 hours after I left, that’s real unprofessional, I should call apple snd tell them exactly what happened, they won’t be happy
