I came in on Thursday, November 6th between 1:30pm and 2pm. I was looking for someone to help me in the store with an electronic question. Instead of help there was some middle aged male employee walking around making a video of themselves on their cellphone. I over heard them saying sexually explicit things in the video. This is not something your employees should be doing. The guy was white, had a beard, and had a cross necklace on. I didn’t see a name tag. Do better Best Buy! This type of behavior is not something I want to hear or see when shopping. Employees should be there to help guest not make them feel uncomfortable.

This place is why people shop online. Over the years this store in particular has become horrible. Especially the tv section. I came to buy a new tv and walked around the tv displays for probably 10-15 minutes while a group of employees just watched and talked. Then when they get done talking they avoid me like the plague. thanks for letting me check out your TV displays. I’ll buy one online from someone else. Y’all are a joke.
Ready to spend money and a new pc and waited and waited everyone to busy running their mouths. Will order online for Amazon and this is way Best Buy will be a thing of the past soon.

Scheduled an appointment to get my iPhone screen fixed. Called them before to verify that they had the parts and that they could fix it same day and they said they did. Drove 30 minutes and got here ten minutes before my appointment time and talked to a guy and he tells me it would be 1-3 days and they would have to ship the parts. I told him about the call and he said I probably just talked to a call center so yeah. Don’t trust anything they say over the phone, they just say anything to get you here and waste your time.
