Not enough staff. Waiting around to spend a few thousand dollars. How many have walked out to shop somewhere else or online. The only reason I stayed was because my need was urgent. The lady who cashed me out was indifferent. Never offered the normal warranty so I went out and bought my own third party.
There are too many other options. I would rather tell my company that I will be unavailable for the day so I can get a new computer shipped over night. I won't be back.
