Great place for electronics if you are looking for a specific electronic like a Nintendo Switch 2 or a PC. Would recommend but bumping off one point because scalpers keep taking all the Pokemon cards. No one wants that. But either way good place.
Seamless transaction and my items arrived a day early.
So far this has been the worst experience with a large purchase. I bought a 98” Samsung tv on 28 March 2026 then waited almost 3 weeks for it to be installed on 16 April 2026. Geek Squad installed it on 16 April 2026 and the screen was busted, so Geek Squad called customer service and asked for a replacement and documented pictures and my wife had to talk to customer support. So Best Buy scheduled a replacement for 29 April 2026. I had a confirmation email for that date. Then on 29 April 2026, Best Buy said I didn’t have an appointment after waiting another 2 weeks on my expensive purchase. Now another appointment has been made for 6 May 2026. I asked why am I being treated as a new customer after waiting so long and received a busted tv. The only customer support I got was that we don’t have people in your area until 6 May 2026 and this Hattiesburg location is 30 minutes from my house. I am so disappointed with Best Buy on this purchase and who knows if I will receive another busted tv on the 6th of May or not. You would think that you would be on a priority list if a busted tv was sent to your house. Now my wife has taken time off from work and still don’t have a working tv, but the wall mount is installed with the broken tv on it. Which means they could swap TV’s out in 30 minutes now.
