If you are ordering an appliance, I would recommend picking it up yourself. The delivery guys are incompetent. They dropped off the wrong washing machine. Completely different brand, had the other persons name on it and the delivery guy even scanned the barcode but marked my machine as delivered. They didn’t ask our name, ask us to sign anything, barely said anything at all. Couldn’t catch them before they were gone from the driveway so I had to call Geek Squad at the store. Was told that they would come back out the next day to swap the orders and make everything right. No one showed up. I was home all day. Had to schedule a return pickup and reorder my washing machine for the following week. Didn’t choose delivery. We will be picking it up this time.
Got my pc and my laptop from them - they helped me get exactly what I needed I appreciate them for everything - this laptop I got it amazing guy was spot on what I needed

One sales person floor. No one came to assist. I was ready to buy, but got no assistance. Waited 10 minutes still no one came even after being paged. No sale for you! Good bye Best Buy, hello Target or Walmart.
