Staff not knowledgeable. Smart mouthed. And I learned that staff rejects returns for Total members because they don’t want ‘their numbers’ to reflect returns. That’s not how it’s supposed to work. We pay extra for extra service and the staff are punished for allowing customers to access it. ASK FOR BETTER SERVICE. THEY CAN DO MORE THAN THEY TELL YOU.
