THE SUPPORT IS TERRIBLE! I BOUGHT A PRODUCT ONLINE AND RECEIVED AN EMPTY BOX WITH NOTHING AND THEY DIDN'T WANT TO REFUND ME. I sent all the data they requested in the response and the same thing... wait... I hope they don't come with the same response as before, that they can't do anything... what a disregard. You buy a product, pay in cash and receive an empty box and they want you to lose money. I believe they will resolve it and send the product.

I wouldn't recommend a crack head to go there. Ordered a ps5 pro online and they never notified me to come pick it up or anything. Went to the store one day after placing the order and they told me that something went wrong with my order and that I had to cancel my order. Its crazy that something went wrong with my order but everybody else order was going just fine. They were NO help in trying to help me find out why my order was still in processing even though I PAID for it already and still wouldn't let me get it. Then telling me that I can cancel the order and just pay for it up front but already had a ps5 pro over in the pick up section once I agreed to do that. I figured that was my playstation and they just didnt want to give it to me. Like I said I wouldn't recommend a crack head to go to that best buy and purchase anything. Like I said once before they were NO help to me but was doing everything in their power to help the OTHER people.

By far the worst customer service. I needed help in the home audio department browsed in my he area for 30-45 min waiting on someone to help me. Finally went up to the customer service counter where all the employees were congregating asked for help they said someone would be there to help me. Waited another 30 min no one.

The employees actually have common knowledge on the items Best Buy sales. Normally I'll have to look more into items because employee sales knowledge is poor.
