It was ease to buy what I needed.
Horrible customer service. Clark refused to assist me in retrieving a Shark Pro Fan ($250) that was located on an overflow shelf. This will be my last purchase at this Best Buy, where I have previously purchased numerous items, including a MacBook Pro and a 70-inch Toshiba Fire TV. As a loyal customer who has spent thousands of dollars here over the years, I expected better service and a greater willingness to help customers. This experience was disappointing and has caused me to take my business elsewhere.
