I got a great deal on an LG computer monitor, then had to do curbside pickup. The employee, Larry Z (hoping I'm remembering his name correctly) brought out my purchase and was friendly and helpful. Also, last week in the Geek Squad department, Claire helped me and she was fabulous!! Answering questions that I didn't know I had and she was so patient with me. Being the least tech savvy person ANYONE will ever meet, she was just wonderful. There is another Best Buy closer to my house, but I go out of my way to get to this location.

Just waiting on my Google Review Number at this point apparently….. Seems that’s all they do to make things right. No big deal I will be returning over $3,000 worth of stuff today and buy it instead from a brick and mortar store.
My Wife and I went in to get a bigger tv to replace the one I had just purchased. I told the youngerish - home theatre guy (name starts with an L maybe?) that the $900 tv I just purchased from THAT store the previous day didn’t even come with a power cable to turn it on or anything. He said we sell those if you want your tv to work…. Etc. etc. Just literally gave me every reason not to buy a tv… Laziness - Well we avoided him like the plague after that. Wasn’t hard as he was always hiding places. Reason for any ⭐️’s. Younger gentlemen with a goatee in maybe loss preventions? He took over brought the tv up and got me on my way. The cashier was the sweetest lady and made sure my points got entered and all that. Great experience; after America’s angriest best buy employee went away! Ended up spending over a thousand dollars because of the nice folks up front. I asked for you Mr. Clark but he said you had just gone home. Thanks for helping me the other day with initial TV purchase!
Update: Just opened the box from the 65 Inch Sony Bravia 8 OLED TV I just got - (The Bigger one) - came with an LG remote! This is a Sony TV NOT an LG. Now I can’t even get my tv connected to the internet to use the Bravia app to control my tv! Will not be getting a tv from them again! That’s absolute rubbish… Wow
