My purchase was seamless!
That Geek Squad employee Cameron Valenti is condescending and disrespectful to customers. I asked a simple question and got a terrible attitude in return. I was told by another employee that he has had complaints from customers before and they do nothing about it.

I got a great deal on an LG computer monitor, then had to do curbside pickup. The employee, Larry Z (hoping I'm remembering his name correctly) brought out my purchase and was friendly and helpful. Also, last week in the Geek Squad department, Claire helped me and she was fabulous!! Answering questions that I didn't know I had and she was so patient with me. Being the least tech savvy person ANYONE will ever meet, she was just wonderful. There is another Best Buy closer to my house, but I go out of my way to get to this location.
Cameron is the best I've ever encountered with the Geek Squad. Very nice, patient, informed and helpful. Thank you for great service and assistance start to finish!
