They had what I went in looking for, but it took me 20 minutes to find it, and no associates were helping me. Went up to the front to check out and all the registers were closed, and no one around. After about 5 minutes, someone finally called me over to the service desk to ring me out. The lady there was frustrated and rude to me and another customer. Not a good experience.

This is the worst customer service i have ever experienced. Micro Center would never.
My son just moved to the area, and his TV went out. We ran here to get him 1. Omg NO ONE HELPS YOU. A minimum of 10 employees passed us without making eye contact. Finally, we see this 1 kid helping someone else and ask if he can radio (or however they communicate) someone over to help us. 10 minutes. Nothing. We left. We went to Walmart, where we helped immediately and got a 55-inch tv.
