They really have no customer service skills at all. I'm trying to find out what went wrong. I should not have needed to go in a day early because I couldn't physically talk to someone. Literally every person in the phone customer care said I need to talk to someone in the physical store and that they could not help me. But it's quite literally impossible to contact the store. Then when I'm picking up an item, some old lady behind me can't wait and interrupts the person helping me (who couldn't give a damn about me trying to explain my experience so far). And the person checking me out takes her instead! She stops talking to me, doesn't even tell me I needed to do more things on the keypad when the last time I touched it it went back to the advertisements. Do better, BestBuy. Hopefully there's a different one that's not super far away I can take my services to. A very large monetary purchase too. You guys will do everything to get a sale. I'll take my sale to a different BestBuy. Edit: guess even the review reply robot doesn't understand it's physically impossible to contact the store. The associate there even said it's impossible to call the store, you need a direct line which only employees have.

Tried to buy a TV in store and I couldn't get anyone to help me, walked and waited for more than 20 minutes and not a single person approached me to ask if I needed help. The one person I asked to help me said it wasnt their department and would send someone over, but that person never came. I ended up leaving with nothing, went home and purchased the TV on the Best Buy web site. I chose store pickup and the site said it would be ready for pickup in one hour and I would be notified when ready. Four hours later, site says still not ready, so I drove to the store, customer service lady said... "Not ready, dont know when"... so I go talk to one of the guys from the back to see if they can pull a single TV out for me. After looking for it for 10 minutes, they finally tell me its NOT EVEN IN STOCK. I'll cancel this order and just buy from Amazon from now on.

Location: Southaven,Mississippi on Goodman Rd near I55: needs more Customer Service reps at least one per department. The rep that I found however, was helpful. She assisted me with a new dryer purchase and a pair of Rayban Meta glasses which Im extremely excited about! Also, I was able to complete the transaction in the appliance department with the rep and not have to stand in the extremely long holiday line in the front of the store.
