Sempre que vou aos EUA faço uma parada obrigatória na Best Buy. Desta vez nao foi diferente, mas fiquei frustrado pelo que encontrei. Uma loja com poucas opções, muitos produtos faltando e desorganização. O atendimento foi bom e receptivo, mas percebi faltar conhecimento técnico dos vendedores para ajudarem na escolha ou opções de produtos.
