I rarely get any customer service. I once said I was interested in laptops but not buying that day, and the saleslady didn't try to talk me into anything.

I want to give a shout out to a very benevolent, patient, and professional, young lady that works at this location by the name of Carrington. My laptop went out last minute. I had classes that night, and I didn’t know what to do. I went into this Best Buy and this young lady was patient with me. She even looked at what I needed off of my phone and found exactly that. I appreciate you, you are what customer service is all about. Thank You
