Location: Southaven,Mississippi on Goodman Rd near I55: needs more Customer Service reps at least one per department. The rep that I found however, was helpful. She assisted me with a new dryer purchase and a pair of Rayban Meta glasses which Im extremely excited about! Also, I was able to complete the transaction in the appliance department with the rep and not have to stand in the extremely long holiday line in the front of the store.
Perhaps the Southaven Best Buy is striving for the worst managed retail location in America. If so, they are high in the running. Too few employees, too little concern. Waited around for half an hour to try to buy a computer with no help. Manager didn’t care. Went to Costco and had checked out with my new computer in 5 minutes. Will not return to a Best Buy.

Building was clean. That's really all I can say. Staff didn't greet, acknowledge, or even seem to notice our existence as we were searching for a microwave.
