I recently just left the Best Buy in Southaven employees just standing around In groups when I finally did get some help the employee in back gave me product and left me at register like I could check my self out 🤦‍♀️ I waited patiently but I will not be back to this location I drive 30 mins for this service.

We almost had to beg someone to help us. We was an inconvenience to the manager after he called for a sales person. 10 mins later with lots of frustration she helped us. If it wasn't such a good deal we would have left. But never shopping here again

Visiting from out of town (3 1/2 hours away) and forgot my canon camera battery charger. Ran into BestBuy because it was literally right beside our hotel to purchase one. No big deal. I picked two different ones. Asked the lady at the counter when checking out, which one does she suggest so I know I’m getting the right one. She chose the one that for some reason, I felt wasn’t right but since she worked there, I trusted her knowledge. Charger doesn’t work for my battery. It goes all the way to NB-12L but mine happens to be a “NB-13L” 😩 needless to say, I was disappointed because I wasn’t able to capture any good quality photos of my kiddo at the zoo!

I was looking for a replacement cell phone mount for my car. I wanted the kind that inserts into the cd player as my '05 Toyota Highlander's dash and vents don't accommodate any of the mounts for that. THEY HAD NONE. Employee said they didn't carry those because they could damage the cd players. Who listens to cd's anymore? I don't. He suggested I go online.
