Customer service sucks!!!!! Went there looking for a product that was listed online. Guy didn't even look sent me to another guy who was rude and told me that online doesn't mean anything to him and that the product was at another store. Went to Popular only for them to call the same store and send me back there to pick up my item. I would not recommend this store.

Went into the store when about 4 other people there. No one greeted me or asked me if I needed help. I went outside ordered my TV on the app and did curbside with no issues. Don't bother going in

Tienen gen variedad de dispositivos electrónicos, un poco desorganizado, buenos precios, sin embargo falta mejor atención al cliente en cuanto a vendedores, capacitados y de rápida gestión, particularmente yo ya estaba decidido en cuál TV compraría y cómo me la quería llevar yo mismo, volví al dia siguiente con mi camioneta para comprar la TV y llevarla de una vez y tan solo quería que me la facturaran rápido por falta de tiempo y ya con la caja de TV en la mano se me hizo una eternidad el proceso de compra. A veces se pierden las ventas por detalles como esos.

15 day return policy? And everything is locked up. You can’t shop here like a normal person. None of the check out lanes are ever open. You have to wait in the return and geek squad line..not my favorite location.
