The incrapification is in full force here. Now when you call the Tupelo number an AI agent answers and ask you a bunch of questions before it will send you on to what you think would be a person in the store that's not the case. The AI agent ask a bunch of questions acting as a gatekeeper but it doesn't know any of the answers. Eventually it will, after wasting your time send you to a real person That's located in a call center and who knows where . When I express that I want to speak to someone in store, The agent basically tells me that the employees can no longer take calls in the store and that she can assist with any questions that I might have. This is worthless when it comes to real-time inventory check when you want a physical account of the product being on hand before you drive an hour to pick up that product. Just because their system says it's in stock does not mean that it's in stock.
I could not be more pleased with my experience today at the Tupelo, MS location. Lucas Conway and Chyy Caradine went above and beyond in making sure I was a satisfied customer. They both deserve recognition and pay raises! I wish you had more employees like them!!!!
Displays claim to be one product but are actually another. This leads to making products seem better than they are. Management admitted the problem but didn't see anything wrong with it. Catfishing with electronics is a new one to me.
