I just had the worst experience inside of Best buy in tupelo Mississippi today I brought in a power supply with a 5 year warranty and it blew up and shot sparks out of it and caught on fire! I haven't even had for a month and they could not exchange it or help me with the warranty and when I told the lady that it could have burnt down my house she told me that I needed to leave the store and her and four other employees pushed me out and locked the door... I will never buy from tupelo Best buy ever again over this If I wasn't home when this power supply blew up it could have burnt down my house...

Levi was a great employee to deal with! My iPhone screen stopped responding to touch input so rendered my phone useless and unable to open it or answer calls even after a hard reset. It was under warranty and they had me an appointment the next day to replace the screen and now it’s working perfectly. Highly recommend Levi!

I'm a RVr. This has to be the worse Best Buy that I have ever been to. They were no help at all. Every question we asked we kept getting I don't know. Over and over again. Then we got you can order it. I asked if they had the Tripod?? All I kept getting was I don't know. How do you guys even have a job?
