They were not the best with customer service. It's best buy
They allowed me to make an appointment to get a repair. However, they didn’t check their stock to make sure they had the part I needed in stock when I made the appointment one week prior. Then they let me drive from Starkville, only to then check and tell me the part I needed for repair was not in stock, and therefore could not complete the repair at the designated appointment time. They offered to then go ahead and order the replacement part, for which I could come back for. However, I will not be returning, and strongly suggest others look elsewhere for their electronic repairs.

It’s strange watching Best Buy become a relic of the past. The carpet is worn, the countertops are busted, but it’s still the same store I’ve been in for years. Is Best Buy going the way of radio shack and K mart? It kind of seems so. Stop in today before it’s gone.

I just had the worst experience inside of Best buy in tupelo Mississippi today I brought in a power supply with a 5 year warranty and it blew up and shot sparks out of it and caught on fire! I haven't even had for a month and they could not exchange it or help me with the warranty and when I told the lady that it could have burnt down my house she told me that I needed to leave the store and her and four other employees pushed me out and locked the door... I will never buy from tupelo Best buy ever again over this If I wasn't home when this power supply blew up it could have burnt down my house...
