I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with a recent experience I had with your company. After driving four hours to pick up an item that I had paid for in advance, I was appalled to find that the item had been sold before my arrival. The response I received from your corporate office—a mere $50 compensation—was wholly inadequate, as it did not even cover my gas expenses for the trip.
I find this level of customer service extremely disappointing and disrespectful. I expected better from your company, and I hope you will take this feedback seriously to improve your service for future customers. Sad. There's a lots more. It was 2wèeks before I receive my money back. Because disputed the charges with my bank.
