Bought an SSD Enclosure for my 80 year old mom on 1/2. The staff was very friendly and helpful in helping me find the product I needed. However, she decided she didn't need it after all and it was never even opened. I still have the receipt. The return policy is 30 days. I called the store and since I am one week past the return date, they will not except the return. I live over an hour away and dont get over thay way often. I understand it is my fault for going past the 30 days. I just wish they would have offered a grace period or something, given the circumstances.

Undependable delivery services. I received a text from BB at 6:30 AM confirming delivery appt between 1:00PM and 5:00 PM. Received an updated text at 12:50 PM saying delivery would occur at 3:09PM. I left work, arriving at home at 2:45. After no show I leaned Cory the delivery guy appeared on my Ring Doorbell at 12:10 PM(yes before the 12:50 text update saying 3:09), he took a photo of my door and left. Cory show up before appt time, received updated text from BB of 3:09 PM after Cory had already came and left. No phone call, no notification from BB or Cory. Instead of correcting their error and getting me take care of they moved my next appt to 4 days later. NEVER do any of their prep work before they arrive. I have doors off their hinges, furniture rearranged, all so I can wait 4 more days to see if the do me this way again.
Staff was friendly and super knowledgeable and very helpful. Buck took care of answering all my questions and helped me pick out the perfect computer.
