I sat on hold for 3 days (30 minutes each day) until I finally got a very pretentious guy. I asked if he could install a car radio and this guy explains to me why he WONT do it. He kept saying Oh I can I just WONT. Obviously I don’t care why he won’t it was a yes or no question but his arrogance wouldn’t allow him to just answer the question. He over talked me the entire time until I finally hung up while he was 5 min in explaining why he WONT do it. After being on hold 3 days in a row being sent from one extension to the next they should really be nicer and remember I’m the customer and not on their time and everything u sell is in no way a necessity. Wouldn’t shop there if it was free And in these times why would I pay at least $300 more for a radio I can get at half the cost on Amazon especially with employees like that no one would

Best buy will not help you if something goes wrong. Warning do not buy from the store. Might as well buy half price from vendor because best buy will force you to go back through the vendor. No help at store at all. They upcharge by atleast $100 stop with the scams best buy. Products are no good. $600 ps5 useless!!! Update. You can't even talk to the store on the phone at all. Ever!

Well stocked, considering the holidays. The staff was friendly, and all assisting someone that needed help. When the checkout lines got lengthy, an associate was quick to jump on another checkout area to help clear the line. Everyone had a good attitude and answered all questions asked.
