I’d be much more satisfied if they would actually put the open-box items in the cases to where you can see what the product is and the price. It looks like The Hulk himself has been locked in them cases and destroyed them in a desperate attempt to escape.

Says your online order will be ready in an hour. Says item is in stock. Can't get ahold of a store employee, only a call center. False advertising by big corporations is absurd. Ready in one hour, but they will take days. You could go in a purchase and walk out with item instantly. If you make a purchase online you are treated poorly

My husband Andy and I were in the TV department looking at kinds of TV's. A wonderful young man, Collin helped us. He was knowledgeable, polite, kind and took excellent care of us. We left empty handed, but will be back in a few days to buy a TV from Collin. He is a fine young man.
