This store is declining. Every single one of their demos does not work. You go to their headphone section and press a few of their demos, none of them are working. Even some of their audio demo stuff does not work. The customer service is spectacular, but the inside the store needs a serious remodel
5 stars for Gail who helped me and my daughter with a new tablet purchase yesterday!! Wish I could find where to fill out the survey though because she was amazing and totally deserves a raise.
