Went in a couple of days ago and was looking to get a new gaming pc, as mine was 10 years old and had never been upgraded in a substantial way. I received incredible help from Liam, who walked me through a lot of the things I didn't understand and even talked me into building my own. Spent a bit more than I intended, but I got one hell of a build, AND the Geek Squad will be doing it for me as part of one of their subscription deals. Very happy with my service, huge shoutout to Liam, who spent the better part of an hour making sure I didn't do anything dumb when getting my parts.
