How do I check product availability at the Billings Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Tried to call the store directly for stock question and repair time lines but instead got greeted by an AI answering service, after fighting that it transferred me to an overseas call center that told me I couldn’t contact the store directly, there solution was to drive 40 min and drive 40 min back to get my question answered… I don’t know how much control the individual store has over this vs it being a corporate forced change, but not being able to speak directly to the people I would be potentially dealing with is kind of crazy. Hope this helps.

The automated phone line is a joke. I have been trying to track down an Apple Watch I already paid for that was allegedly sent out for delivery by Best Buy in Billings. I have tried to track down this package for nearly a month without answers or accountability from anyone. A direct line would be helpful. The AI receptionist is useless.

Every time I have had to go in there's nobody around to help you. Have to search for an associate. Instead of taking me to the location they just point to it's general area.
