I was there yesterday. No one was available to assist. I went in looking for a laptop case, maybe see if they had any keyboards to accommodate someone with XL hands, buy some AirPods and grab another charger. I also wanted to know if they disposed old electronics. When I went up front, employees were conversing, about something on a phone and acted like I didn’t exist. I will not be back to this location.

UPDATE: It's now the 25th and still nothing! Now I'm mad. Their support is a joke and you can never get ahold of anybody in store. If you are thinking about ordering in store from them for in store pickup, don’t do it! 0/10 recommend. Just order your item online and have it shipped to you or go somewhere else. My boyfriend and I bought phones from them Jan 31st, they told me I could pick them up in store on Feb 7th. Even tracking said the 7th but when the 7th came, the tracking changed to “in progress.” It’s Feb 17th now and we still do not have them and tracking info hasn’t changed. It’s very frustrating as my boyfriend has a coworker who ordered theirs 3 days after us and got their phone last week.
