Brought in my iPhone 13 Pro Max for a battery replacement because the battery health had fallen below 80%. Scheduling the appointment was easy, and the entire process was smooth. The staff were friendly, responsive, and helpful. The battery was replaced in about two hours, and I couldn’t be happier with the service.

I just went to this Best Buy Store. The greeters were very nice and directed me to the Tablets and sent a sales associate over to help me find something that was right for me and my budget. he only suggested tablets that were either too pricey or too big. When I asked about the smaller one that was on sale, he said it wasn't on hand at the store but they could order it. I said I was looking for a today deal and he said I'd be better off ordering from Amazon online. ...I said , "Well..... Ok then. " I left.
I wasn't even in the store 5 mins! I won't be going back ...there are plenty of other stores that will be happy to help me to spend my hard earned money at THEIR STORE! The 3 stars are 5 stars each -> for each of the 3 happy and enthusiastic employees at the door! Way to go! 0 for the boy that doesn't want to make money for the company .
