I came in to price match a TV within the 15 day price match/return window as it dropped $100 (2 days after I purchased it). Customer service instantly said I didn't pay the executive member fee (which only extends price matches to 60 days instead of the 15 day guarantee) and was rude and denied looking into it. I asked if I could return it and buy it right back as it was within the return window again, denial and rude. He wanted me to bring the opened TV, return it, and then buy a new one for the new price. Mind you I bought the TV TWO days ago and he wanted to create an open box item just to prove his ego. It was a taller red headed fella.
I drove 20 min to be belittled and treated poorly over a policy that THEY GUARANTEE! I called the online support and they instantly confirmed that the employee was wrong about the policy and easily fixed the price match and was polite and kind (and this is from a call center most likely in India). Needless to say don’t buy from the store, buy it online and at least deal with people who take the time to listen and honor the policies (never thought I’d say that as I buy in store as I like the interactions). Saw a bunch of pokemon cards behind the register and was going to spend the 100 on them, now target and amazon get my $.

Everyone is always helpful. They had multiple people helping me look for some stuff for 15 plus minutes plus and its awesome having people on top of things in there 🫡
I really have no problem with the store itself but the employee I worked with (Dom I believe) was incredibly rude. He needs some training on how to speak to customers.
Elizabeth provided excellent customer service & assisted with all my needs prior to leaving the store
