Friendly service, helped me find what I wanted within my budget
I would just like to give a shout out to Joe and Gloria!!! Joe was super helpful answering our questions on the floor and Gloria did an EXCELLENT job checking us out, sharing important information with us about our plan and patiently answering all of our questions. Gloria was friendly, kind, informative and just super positive to interact with! What GREAT people at the Billings MT store!!!
I called the Billings store and their AI assistant was a total POS. it was completely unhelpful. Other than that it was a normal experience at Best Buy.

It’s time to expose Best Buys fraudulent practices, recently i went to Billings Best Buy store , I told an associate to look up this model computer they had online, the price he had was 1,397.00 way better than 1,599.00 most of this was paid with Gift cards, i received the product in brand new condition. I was so excited finally i have something i really liked for my work and hobby!!! i opened it up to my surprise it didn’t turn on so i plugged it, somehow i soon realized this computer is not charging. It said battery needs to be serviced I called Apple support they asked for the serial # at which point i turned the box over to find the serial number as i read more on the sticker it said (Demo - demo not for resale). I was not happy the Apple support agent told me my worst fear Best Buy sold me a brand new Demo model they went against their policies and scammed me now I’m without a laptop computer, I since then have filed a complaint with better business bureau absolutely no resolve on Best Buy’s part to help me get into another working computer. Except for a $250.00 gift card for my inconveniences JUST A WARNING TO MY FRIENDS DO NOT LET BEST BUY DO THIS TO YOU also Best Buy sticks to their policies when it benefits them the most. I really hope the top executives see this and actually get something done
