While I love BestBuy, the service here is rude at another level. Picking up 2k worth of equipment, the staff open the doors using the item boxes (hit the door with the box they are carrying in front of them). Asked politely if they could not do that with gentle electronics. A young girl claiming to be manager turns to the employee and says “don’t listen, you can do whatever you want”. After the initial shock, I asked why she is so rude, and she responded with “leave or I call the police”. She refused to give her name and did not have a name badge on so I’ve no clue who she is. Will not shop here again. Amazon just won all the business BestBuy in Bozeman could have gotten.

I had an awesome experience at the Bozeman location. The staff was welcoming and Ky provided excellent, professional service. Ky helped me find exactly what I needed, and I was in and out in no time. I definitely recommend this location for a quick, friendly, and efficient experience!

I had a pretty disappointing experience with in-store pickup. When I got there, a group of about five employees were standing around chatting and laughing. One of them asked if I needed help, so I said I was there for a pickup. They just told me to stand by the pickup sign and then went right back to their conversation. I ended up waiting around 20 minutes with no update or acknowledgment. Eventually, someone else who wasn’t part of that group came over, helped another customer first, and then finally helped me. It just felt like no one really cared or was paying attention. If you’re going to ask if someone needs help, at least follow through. The whole thing came off as really unprofessional.
