I was first convinced by their salesman to buy the new ROG Ally X and was told I could trade it in if I didnt like it. Well, I didnt like it and for the price I would have rather just got a pc. So, I went to trade it in like this salesman said I could. When I walk in a young man asked how he could help me. I explained how I was dissatisfied with the item and wanted to trade it in. He said he was new and would need help. He asked 3 separate employees with one being a manager and they all told him they were leaving their shift soon and didnt want to help. They weren't even trying to hide how rude and lazy they were being. I was then told that because this product is so new they cannot trade it in. So I was mislead to by the salesman in the first place and then when I tried to get some help I was treated with the worst customer service ive ever experienced. Ill never spend a dime here again.

I went to the store to buy some Sonos speakers and waited over 30 minutes for someone to help me. As I walked out the young kid at the front said sorry and that was it. I followed up by trying to call the store and had to deal with their stupid AIautomated system in which I was never transferred to an actual human. Waste of a trip coming from Townsend.
