I have never come to this store and been able to make a purchase. Not once have I had a positive experience or worked with a competent associate. In the past I've needed a charger for my camera, and not only did they not have it, which is okay, but they suggested the wrong charger despite me bringing in the camera. I've also had a poor experience where they guaranteed a price match but when it came time to check out, they did not match it. My final straw is today, Google said the product I was looking for was available in Bozeman. I go into the store, look for it and can't find the item. I then find an associate to ask for help. They say they don't have it. No biggie! I mention that Google said they had it, I show them my phone and the girl goes to the website. She then LAUGHS IN MY FACE and says I don't have a location set. I reply saying that I am literate, and that it was Google that said they had it. I wasn't upset that they didn't have it, as it was my fault not to look into it further. I am upset about the lack of professionalism and blatant disrespect the associate offered.

Don’t buy anything online from Best Buy i bought an open box Silver m4 MacBook Air that was apparently at this store in Bozeman to have shipped to me. But it seems like I was blindsided now it’s coming from a different location like Minnesota at this point I’m pretty much a disappointed customer I want cash instead of cards because I lost trust with best buy
