WARNING DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT TO GET SCAMMED, I filed this complaint to better business bureau to get resolved. This past week I ordered an M2 Pro MacBook m2 pro 2 at the Billings store at a discounted price , it arrived after opening it , much to my dismay the battery doesn’t hold a charge on top of that it was a brand new Demo the sticker on the box clearly states Not for resale, this Bozeman store didn’t help me find a new one whatsoever. Instead they offered me an open box m5 NO JUST GET ME THE ONE I want that’s on your website for 1,599.00 instead i ordered a MacBook Air i dont really want. Because it still shows that the m2 pro is still available i was even told by Best Buy 1800 that they couldn’t sell me a demo model only brand new So apparently someone is not being honest with me. Or in reality is too lazy to help me get the I actually want , The biggest and infuriating problem is Best Buy sold me a demo model that even Apple said they aren’t allowed to sell
