Definitely buying my gear at this location. A nice young man greeted me at the door and Laura in electronics was so knowledgeable and friendly.

I attempted to buy a laptop. I called the number listed for Best Buy Bozeman, discussed what I needed, and made payment so I could get my data transferred over from my old laptop. However when I arrived at the store they didn’t seem to know anything about it. Come to find out that the person I talked to on the phone was not in Bozeman. My laptop was not ready so they had to look it up on their computer and go find one which took quite some time. I then was told it would be several days before they could transfer my data over. The lady I originally talked to on the phone told me my laptop would be ready when I arrived and my data would be transferred over. At this point I canceled the purchase. There was an obvious disconnect between the person I talked to on the phone who I ASSUMED was at the store, but in fact was not, and the staff at the store. It was not a good customer service experience.

Unhelpful, 3 week lead time for a battery issue (another place fixed in 30 minutes, same day)

Very polite and patient staff. In our fast pace world sometimes it’s nice to be able to pick something up now. Another human desires to be able to physically see the product prior to buying. Brick and mortar stores albeit difficult will always have their place. Best Buy did a good job to do a smaller scale model of their store which is Bozeman’s. It’s an easy In-N-Out store.
