I was talked into buying many extra things, including the Microsoft 365 software when I bought an iPad after Thanksgiving. The salesman told me I could return it if it wasn’t needed by the person receiving the iPad and that is false. Not the customer service I expect for something that would be easier to refund my $50 & far less troublesome than me leaving this review. Don’t recommend this store.

Went in to purchase a freezer, nobody greeted us. I went and asked someone that worked there if we could get help in the appliance section. I was told, " I will call some one". I went back to appliance section and waited and waited. Went and asked again. Waited waited. Finally as we were leaving to go to Lowes, the same person I'd asked for help intercepted us at the front door and said, " ok, how can I help you". I said, "we were just about to leave." And he responded, "OKay. " And that was it. We were so irritated and frustrated. We went to Lowes and bought our freezer. As soon as we walked into Lowes, we saw an employee, we asked for assistance, they gave it immediately, we made our purchase and left. We were in Lowes less time than we were at Best Buy waiting for help.

This is a very nice Beat Buy; smelled brand new. The staff were polite and helpful. The store was clean and well organized.
