Smaller Best Buy but hey, was helped promptly and greeted immediately when walking in. They grabbed what i needed from the back in a timely manner for such a new store.

This location’s phone number as listed is disconnected if you try to call it and the general customer service line leaves you on hold for a long time to speak to a person, which, if you could manage it, would resolve an issue in 2 seconds. Additionally, when I attempted to create an appointment through the customer service line that was not possible—“technical difficulties” end quote. Also, this location is not authorized to fix Apple devices as of Dec 2024, regardless of what the website says.

I have had a great experience at this store. There are some growing pains but nothing that can't be easily fixed with some training. After all, this is a new store.
Staff have been very kind and polite to me when I have visited.
As some people have state, it is a smaller store than some but still has the essentials.
I am glad to see a BestBuy in Bozeman.
