I had a pretty disappointing experience with in-store pickup. When I got there, a group of about five employees were standing around chatting and laughing. One of them asked if I needed help, so I said I was there for a pickup. They just told me to stand by the pickup sign and then went right back to their conversation.
I ended up waiting around 20 minutes with no update or acknowledgment. Eventually, someone else who wasn’t part of that group came over, helped another customer first, and then finally helped me. It just felt like no one really cared or was paying attention. If you’re going to ask if someone needs help, at least follow through. The whole thing came off as really unprofessional.

Hello,
Thanks for taking the time to share your experience with us. A store pickup order should be a quick and easy process, so I understand waiting while watching employees standing around talking, isn't a welcome sight. I'd like to have our corporate team review this with you.
Feel free to send a private message on one of our social media platforms, Facebook (https://bby.me/poz98z), Twitter/X (https://bby.me/6fqlsr), or Instagram (https://bby.me/1o7fky), with your full name, phone number, email address, and your order number. Please also include a reference to your "Google review #14076" in your message to us.
Sincerely,
^ Melissa
came through on the way to Yellowstone and picked up a new Mac. I didn’t pick up his name but a short feller was super kind to aid us and we were in and out the store in 4 minutes.
If someone needs assistance that should be a full experience. Being redirected to 3 different people is unnecessary and should be considered poor customer service. Every Best Buy I’ve been to there’s a staff for each section and they are trained on that specific tech and product. Not sure why that’s not happening here
