Might as well call this place the Best Buy of Lies and Deceit.
An employee claimed they were going to have another person look in the warehouse for the product I wanted, but they never got back to me even ~15 minutes later even though I saw them back to working again. I ended up asking another employee and they said that not only did they have no stock of the item in the warehouse, no one else was looking for it, either. As well as this, their website claims they have stock of items even when there is none on the shelves.
They are not even Apple repair certified either, so you can’t get your iPhone repaired here like you can at other Best Buy locations.

Went to the store for an appointment with the Geek Squad to fix a storage issue on my phone. Left with a non-functional phone.
Employee seemed nice, but not particularly skilled and didn't have the time to sit with me, instead assisting other customers in line. Had little to no knowledge of my particular phone, not even aware of it being touch screen. All this and I had to buy a new storage chip. Left with the original storage issue not solved. 0/10
