I am beyond frustrated with my experience at the Kalispell Best Buy. On March 16th, I was instructed by AppleCare to take my damaged phone to this location for a replacement. Geek Squad assessed it as catastrophic damage and told me it would be replaced. Instead, they shipped it to a third-party repair hub, which I later discovered was not Apple. Since March 20th, I have been left in the dark—no updates, no accountability. I’ve escalated twice, waited beyond the promised timelines, and still, no solution. Best Buy is shirking responsibility, while Apple has no record of the repair progress. A month without my phone is unacceptable. I am now forced to consider legal action. I urge corporate to intervene immediately—this negligence is intolerable.
