Got talked into the credit card. They charge you $30 a year later with 0 warning. You better be on it! Seems like fraud to charge a credit card without so much as an email warning.

I’ve been shopping at Best Buy for 30 years and I will do anything to avoid it at this point. Went to my local store in Kalispell. It takes me 30 to 45 minutes to drive there each way. Speak to a sales person who sells me an Apple Pencil without asking the appropriate questions and just says there’s no difference between them other than some obvious features like magnetic charging so I buy the one that I think is going to be the latest and greatest. Get home and it doesn’t work with my brand new iPad. Then I try to call my local store back so I can find out about returning it. Took me 30 minutes to get somebody on the phone in Vietnam. I was so spitting mad by the time I got that person on the phone. I had to apologize for giving them an earful.. Terrible terrible. Terrible customer service I will do anything to avoid shopping at Best Buy in the future.
