some of the workers here are so rude and don’t want to help you when you don’t know where to go for a service.

This store is refusing to follow Best Buy’s return policy for online/app purchases. I tried to return a wrong item ordered directly through the Best Buy app, as instructed, within the 15-day return window. Staff claimed they “don’t accept online returns anymore” which contradicts Best Buy’s official policy allowing in-store returns for app purchases. I wasted over an hour and multiple visits with no resolution. Extremely disappointing service, avoid this location until they align with corporate standards.
