Friendly staff , educated in technology , prices are good.
I frequently visit this store when I’m in the market for new electronics or home appliances. They have an excellent selection, and it's helpful to be able to see products in person before making a purchase. The staff is generally knowledgeable and can provide good comparisons between models, which makes the decision-making process much easier. It's a very reliable destination for technology needs.
Kolin (super tall red hair) was absolutely the best we’ve dealt with - works in appliances. Best customer service, knowledgeable. Hands down the best. Would give him 10 stars if I could!
I had to talk to an AI agent who couldn’t help me, then I waited on hold for 10 minutes to be answered by someone calling from the UK who barely spoke English. Is it that hard to have an operating phone in your own location now? If I’m calling a store I don’t want to talk to an AI agent or someone from another country that I can’t understand, I want to talk to a HUMAN from the location I’m calling. Ridiculous.
