Not sure if it was a bad day or what. Horrible customer service. Employees literally walking away from customers. You catch one of them and they try to pass you on to someone else. You turn around and they're gone.
Nice Best Buy, staff were friendly. Has everything you need technology wise. Lots of appliances and vacuums too. It was clean.
Went in to exchange an item, I was clear that I wanted to exchange the item, explained why I was exchanging it, and the cashier returned it instead. When I corrected him they told me it was too late to void the transaction and I had to wait for the money to go back in my account...which takes 5-7 business days. I understand it's not a big deal, but I don't exactly live close to the store location and the "rexchanged" item was an exciting purchase and I was looking forward to spending my weekend with it. Disappointed to say the least. Another customer service rep, portly bald one, was very flippant about the whole thing and they were about the only thing that made it a negative experience.
