I had a Geek Squad appointment set up to get a new screen for my iPhone. I live 2 1/2 hours drive away, so called the evening prior to make sure they had a screen for it. After dealing with THE WORST AI phone call center BS I've ever had the mispleasure of experiencing, I finally got an actual person who assured me they had the screens in stock. The next day I show up for my appointment time and stand there waiting for 25 minutes before anyone will acknowledge my presence. After looking at the phone and checking with their inventory, they told me they don't have the screens in stock and would have to order it and it would take 4 or 5 days. I wasted 5 1/2 hours of my day to go to this piece of crap store and walked away with no help. I think there were more employees in the store than customers, yet they can't answer the phone or give you a straight answer.

I'd like to take a moment to thank the guys who helped me at the Missoula Best Buy today. I came in with a specific request to help me buy a new personal home computer and some software (I was having a nightmare of troubles with Apple customer support), and the customer service at Best Buy not only was able to help me get the product I wanted, but also matched a lower price for me. THANK YOU for being so kind and compassionate, and for working with me. In the end I even got a better product for the software that I had originally tried to buy online. And thanks to the employee I didn't meet who approved the price match. Thanks guys, you made my life a little bit easier today, and I needed that a lot.

I needed a new phone compatible with Boost. I was directed to see Gage in sell phones. He had me fixed up and on my way in 20 minutes. 10 star rating for Gage! I'll be back, and when I am, I'll be asking to see him.
