I have stopped by the Missoula Best Buy store on three different occasions in the last two months, needing to have my phone screen replaced. All three times I stopped by I did not get helped. The first time I could hear people laughing in the back which I believe is a part of the geek squad!No one came out to check on me or to see if anyone was waiting to get help. The second time I waited at least 40 minutes only to have employees walk past and not acknowledge me. Then today, an employee telling me that she could not help me because she was working on a project in the back and that I’d have to wait for a different person for help and she couldn’t state where they were or how long it would be. She continued to talk to what appeared to be an acquaintance or a friend about personal things. And not working on the project in the back that she had told me she needed to get to. I waited 15 minutes and left the store. Customer Service is absolutely horrible at the Missoula Best Buy store.
Always very helpful, knowledgeable staff
The new AI assistant that prevents you from talking to the store has turned Best Buy customer service into some of the worst I've experienced. I bought a new TV that was broken when I pulled it out of the box at home. I've spoken to 3 different agents who have told me 3 different things after the first person lied to me about creating an exchange request for me. I am no longer a Best Buy customer.
