I will never buy from this POS company again. Do not buy open box items. I bought a MacBook Pro, and with very little use, my screen went black. I've never bumped it, dropped it or looked at this computer wrong. I had been working on it for 3 hours for my first major freelance project and my screen went black. There are some scratches on the outside, which have been there the entire time. My best guess is some jerk returned the computer broken, they didn't notice it, and now I'm out thousands of dollars. The customer service has been horrible. Geek Squad is worthless at the Missoula location and incredibly unprofessional. The corporate phone system is even more worthless, and if you can get someone on the phone they don't give a shit. I hate this place.

I just purchased a $800 range. The first person I spoke to, a lady named, Sam couldn’t have been nicer. Then I called back to confirm that the installation would include a power cord. The man, James ( I think) I spoke with was churlish and rude. He told me appliances don’t come with cords typically as they are sold all over the world and each country has a unique electrical system ( well snap!) as far as I know your store only sells in the US but okay….then he made a point of talking over me and not being helpful. Rude people should not be in customer service and need to be taught how to deal politely with clients who call with legitimate questions.
9/10 times I go here the inventory doesnt match online and I waste a half hour of my day. Online pick up is a joke and you cant even call the store to verify inventory.
