The Most Bipolar Best Buy Location. Long story short... I had a weird situation with a Geek Squad warrantied TV where Geek Squad Customer Service could only advise me to drive 160 miles to the nearest store and speak to the Manager, but when I got there the Supervisor on duty was pretty rude and the Manager literally refused to speak with me. Zero effort. Zero care. Absolutely bizarre behavior. One of the worst and weirdest customer services experiences I ever had. Flipside was the Geek Squad guys. They were all super helpful and understanding. 5 Stars for them. I kinda feel bad giving a 1 star since the Geek Squad team were awesome to work with. Really appreciate them and all their help. Sadly, the Store Manager refusing to manage their store and delegating to a rude Supervisor is not something I'm cool with. Just got home from the 4 hour return leg and felt like I needed to share this experience. Last time I use this location, and after the clear breach of contract I'll probably stop using Best Buy completely.

Horrible customer service. Very rude and sexist. The gentlemen told me I should wait until my husband got there before I made a decision on a TV. So I made the decision to go elsewhere. Shame on you best buy!
