Went into the store to look at laptops looked around for about 10 minutes and no one came to help me out. I went to the service desk and asked them for assistance then went to the bathroom. I came out and waited for another 10 minutes and still no one came over. I chose to leave and go somewhere else to purchase my laptop. On my way out the greeter was like did you find everything you were looking for. I answered no I asked for two associates to help me with a laptop and not a single person came to help me. He made a snide remark and said well you didn’t ask me now did you? I Was like why should I have to ask you? I’ve asked people at the service desk. No one came to help me And obviously you guys do not wish to make any money today by selling me a laptop. Then he was like well with that attitude go ahead and go. I will never buy there again.

I had to give a 0, if I could.
Came in to get a phone screen fix book an appointment and everything but because they close in 2 and half hours they couldn't get it. Done. They lady the checked us in was rude about it. I book an appointment I should have gotten it fixed.
