Staff is prompt and friendly, sectors are overall clear to navigate by, store is well organized and with a wide range of brands and products.
They sold me a broken Samsung washer and refused to repair it. Every time they sent someone over, i waited days only to find that nobody was coming or repaired the device locally. I will never purchase from this location or best buy ever again. I have never had broken appliance unloaded on me with so little support or even assistance returning. With 5 kids this was more than an inconvenience. Heed my warning, they also repackage returned equipment as new, as noticed from a ps5 pro i purchased earlier, i didnt bring it up as it functioned properly , just bad practice and again awful support.
