If you get something scheduled for delivery (washer and dryer in my case) be expecting them to have zero communication and just not show up. Then the next day have an automated system call to reschedule your delivery for another 3 weeks from then.
Bought 11/28, scheduled delivery 12/10 - bestbuy app started between the hours of 12p-3p. No call or ANY COMMUNICATION ABOUT ANY DELAY. Automated system calls at 9am on 12/11 and the earliest delivery day is now 12/31. No type of communication as I had to call them to figure out what was going on.
The customer service line said they can't do anything until after delivery.
UNACCEPTABLE!!!
Maybe BB should use a different company for their deliveries.
Don't bother dealing with their Geek Squad, apparently they dont want your business.
Scheduled two separate appointments for a phone battery replacement. The first time, the technician was not in that day, so my appointment was rescheduled. The second time they told me it would be an overnight job, as this is a 3 hour service. However the appointment was at 3 pm and the store is opened until 10pm, so please explain Best Buy how this is not sufficient time to complete a basic task?
Not worth my time or money, will be going somewhere else.
Danielle was so helpful in buying our new Sony Bravia 9 85". She went above and beyond to help us and made everything easy to purchase and answered all our questions. Unfortunately they didn't have this TV on display in any size. That would've been very helpful.
