Gi the salesman & Nick the Geek Squad gentleman have been absolutely amazing! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Best Buy do your thing and make them feel appreciated!!!! 🙂
Made two scheduled trips from out of town to Best Buy in Southern Pines. Both times Best Buy failed to fix the issue that they scheduled to fix. The first time was due to rain is what they said. The second time they didn’t have the right items! Now hopefully the 3 time they scheduled is supposed to fix the issue. You can’t talk to a manager cause they aren’t available! You call up there to talk to a manager and get a customer service representative, at another location cause the store doesn’t take incoming calls? So you can’t report the issue to a manager and you can’t call corporate! Who does business like that? Best Buy! I will no longer do business with them, seeing how they treat customers, when it’s an issue on there end.

I've been shopping this store for 20 years now. it's always the best place to pick up stuff quickly. they don't mess around, they are the real deal. four stars because getting into or out of this parking lot is dumb thanks to a complete lack of planning by the town council and DOT. also I feel like this shopping center could use a pollo campero, it's better chicken than Bojangles.
