The Geek Squad can't be reached by phone so you can't learn the status of their progress.
They sent a link for follow up but it said Oops can't open it. The people at the store were helpful after I went there.

They wouldn’t let me try on an Apple Watch. If I’m spending that much on a watch surely you can let me put it on my wrist to see if I like how it looks and feels.
Have had nothing but great experiences, especially with the manager, here.
Bought a new refrigerator this week. Great price, great service, and the delivery team was incredibly efficient, friendly, and out the door. A customer couldn't ask for anything more. I'm going to start calling Best Buy,
"THE STORE WITH MORE."
