I felt the officer on duty was profiling. My friend and I separated so he could look for the New t.v. I decided to wait on the sales rep,the officer was so obvious he didn't know that he was casing a decorated army soldier E8 retired. Following him around was so embarrassing for Best Buy.

Did a pretty good job of running the store smoothly around the holidays
“I recently visited Best Buy, and while the customer service was okay, I was put off by an unhygienic moment. The associate assisting me touched his nose before addressing me and touch my phone, which felt unprofessional and unpleasant. Hygiene is especially important when dealing with personal devices or close customer interactions. I hope the store reinforces better hygiene practices to ensure a more comfortable experience for customers.”
