Website was unclear to me if they had the gaming laptop I wanted to buy. Went in understanding they may not have that exact model, but expecting other options....they were out of stock for everything but one - which was over priced for its specs. I even offered to buy the floor model of the one I had researched but was told no. Ill spending my money on Amazon then and get it tomorrow...

Every time I shop at Best Buy , the staff is always helpful and very knowledgeable about the products.

There’s no reason a guy selling a TV should be disrespectful, let alone avoid eye contact. We still bought the tv, but it was a terrible experience.
