Sold me a landline phone with no power cord. I sat on hold for 20 minutes to be told to bring it in for an exchange or refund. There are no more of these in that store. NONE. I needed this specific phone for my business. I spent days reading reviews and this was the least garbage phone on the market. I am now stuck with a phone system I cannot use and replacement cords dont exist for this model. How this is ok is beyond me. They could easily ship a replacement to me instead of my only option being driving over an hour one way to a best buy. $150 wasted on garbage. Horrific customer service and no offer for an actual resolution.

I went there on Black Friday! I needed a new phone and the place I found it at was here. I found everyone to be very helpful. The place was pretty busy, being Black Friday and all, however I didn't see all the frustrated holiday shoppers and frustrated employees I expected to see. I saw friendly dedicated employees helping customers. I saw customers actually being friendly to one another, even helping here and there. I admit, I saw one or two who were in a hurry, more likely because they didn't schedule the time for the trip and didn't count for waiting in line. That was their issue though and there weren't many. Overall, even on a Black Friday, this was nice to see. Oh and special thanks to the Geek Squad tech who took the time to check if my original phone wasn't charging. I wish I had grabbed her name, but at the same time, I wouldn't want her overwhelmed by folks asking for her specifically. Turns out my charger was at fault for part of the problems I was having with my phone, but it has to be sent to the supplier for repairs, not Best Buy.
