This place has really gone downhill. Hard to find help when you show up. Waited for 20 minutes in the computer department to buy a laptop. After finally getting help and going to make my purchase, I was informed I was unable to take advantage of my MyBestBuyTotalTech membership that I pay $179 a year for because I hadn't book an appointment ahead of time. Worse than the DMV with this new structure.

I purchased a mantle mount for my TV. Over $800 for the install and all. The guys came. He complained that the store didn’t tell him what it was. Asked why I wanted it , complained a lot how hard it was going to be. I asked him why he was giving attitude that I did not care that the store didn’t tell him and did not care how hard it was that I paid for the service offered. He told me that I had an attitude too. Told me that the store and other geek squad guys did not know this but he reserved it and it could be a fire hazard that would void out fire insurance. He went out for tools, left and cancelled the order. His name is Andrew. If Andrew comes for you watch him. Finally. I rebooked the service and the price went up $40 and I had to play that for now.

I took my daughter there to buy her a computer for school. The salesman approached us to help, informed us of what he felt were the best choices and then left us to make our decision. Overall it was an excellent experience.
Well we all know Best Buy is a little jacked up on their prices and no doubt they carry good products and the other day will probably be the first time I've ever had a little bit of a beef with them I bought $1,000 phone I have to wait about 4 days to get it in the meantime I find out that the newest version is coming out in just a day or two and I know they know this so they got full price for the older one while getting ready to receive the newest version that my friend doesn't make for good business in my eye
