If I could give this store no stars I would. Let me just say that the bald customer service manager has a serious attitude problem. It’s very rude to walk off from a customer while they’re talking to you and to lie and say your boss was on lunch! Really poor customer service! Keep your products stocked in the right places! We have an ongoing case with the BBB on this Best Buy location and are awaiting response from Best Buy!
Great experience overall! I needed an adapter, and the employee went where it was supposed to be, but it wasn't there, so he checked another place, and it was there. Cashing out was a breeze as well. The entire visit took less than 10 minutes.
