The store shelves are sparse and give the impression that it’s closing down. The Apple area has a few iPad products. The staff were all ganged up in one corner of the store chatting ignoring customers. When I did get someone to help me, I knew more about the iPad than they did. It’s making buying online the far better option The fall of a great giant in retail. I’d like to say this is experience is isolated, but this has happened to me in other BB stores too. The staff are too young and know virtually nothing. I left the store without purchasing and will purchase the item online.

Last weekend we purchased a HP printer, we were told we could bring our old printer in for a $30 credit within the 15 days of purchase. Today, we went to the Best Buy in Arden to return our old printer. The Manager on duty refused to accept our old printer and give us the $30 credit, even though we told him what another manager told us five days ago. He told us “End of Conversation “. He was argumentative and rude. We will not shop this store again. We are not people who leave negative reviews but our treatment was uncalled for.

Virtually no stock in anything I was there for. Screen protector, nope. camera selection is horrible and accessories almost non-existent. Help finding something, good luck. Ended up driving to Greenville which was an absolute correct decision. Tons of choices, in stock, and extremely helpful staff.
