This place terrible. Was just trying to buy something and had the hardest time getting someone to help. The manager acted bothered that he had to call someone to help me. The teenager that showed up was useless. Just not good.

Best Buy is probably the worst retailer I have dealt with yet. The day before our TV was supposed to be delivered and installed I had to call to get the exact appointment time at 5 o’clock Because I had not gotten any details . It was at that time that I was told that the TV was on backorder and was not going to be delivered until some future date of which they were not sure. This was after three hours on the phone with chat box the evening before please reconsider your notion of buying anything at Best Buy. They take your money, but they do not give you any quality merchandise.

I've spent a lot of money in Best buy. And I've come to this particular Best buy. The last three times one I was going to upgrade my AT&t phone. I couldn't get service. Literally like customer service. I walked out came in once for an RF converter. I got it. It was the wrong one. Then I just went in to buy another fire stick for a friend and was told to go check out at the cashier. Fine I did. There was a line around the corner. I left the fire stick sitting there and walked out. I bought it at Target. I like to use Best buy but I can see that you can only use the one online. The in-store customer service sucks
