If I could give this a zero review I would, people who work here are terrible at customer service, the bald man who’s up front is zero help, and not willing to work with a paying customer, this is absolutely ridiculous, they need new employees!
The store manager, Logan, took care of all my needs. I had purchased a 65" TV and a 48" , a complete system, a TV mount, and a new laptop with accessories.
Logan was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.
Logan listened to me while I explained the issue concerning one of these items. Logan didn't ask questions, he just fully fixed my issue. He followed through with the other items I bought by asking his associate to get the items and how to ring them up. I pay attention to customer care. Logan is the best model figure that every associate in every retail establishment should strive to be. My shopping experience at this South Asheville location was so easy and pleasant that I didn't want to leave. As I went through every department, I was greeted by an associate who could answer my questions and help me make decisions. It was clear to me that these associates are fully trained in not only product knowledge but, also customer care. I wish every establishment cared about customer service like this Best Buy store does.
