Everyone is super nice, but get those kids some working AC!! I'm looking at you corporate!! It's a heatwave and I was sweating in my shorts and tank. Those poor employees must be melting like they're the Wicked Witch of the West after running into Dorthy.

A few weeks ago I bought a Chromebook. I was helped in my selection. I then checked out with my purchase. I think the cashier was Rob. I went to GeekSquad and made an appt for that nite to have it set up. Came back and the GeekSquad employee set it up right then and there. Great service!
Now I came back here on 7/1/25 to purchase AirPods. An attendant got someone to open the case to get the AirPods out and it was Rob again to help me. He didn’t remember me but I remembered him from my previous Chromebook purchase. Here got the AirPods out and we checked out. I spent a lot of money so I expected excellent service. Rob provided precisely that as well the GeekSquad employee on my previous visit.Thank you Arden BestBuy!
