Avoid. Bought two TVs, mounts, and sound bars with installation of one of the two TVs above my mantle as it needs to be mounted in stone. Paid the agreed price and waited about 10 days for installation only to find it had been left out of the purchase. Manager decided the best he could do for me missing a day of work to be there for the delivery and the extra two weeks waiting for both TVs was for me to still pay another $180 over what was agreed (with the employee as an agreeing witness to the purchase). I returned the entire order. Apparently honoring agreements and maintaining your reputation isn't worth a lot to this company, so expect them to only work with you if it's worth it on their bottom line.

this best buy location sold me an "excellent condition" open box $600 computer monitor. I go to pick it up, there's no box, there's no cables, there's no power adapter and the remote control (yes it was supposed to come with one) wasn't there. Samsung doesn't even sell replacement power adapters for this. the manager couldn't explain why this was listed as excellent condition and couldn't resolve the problem either. refunded.
Do not come to this store. They will pressure you into buying their credit card. They are not even knowledgeable about technology. When I went in there was a woman who was frantically looking for help, but no one knew how to help her. I ended up doing their job for them. And was still pressured into getting their credit card.
I wasn't even a customer. I was applying for a job.

El lugar es excelente y el personal es muy amable. Sin embargo, suelen estar bastante apurados y no siempre se toman el tiempo de explicar bien las funciones de lo que estás comprando. Conviene informarse con anticipación para asegurarte de elegir exactamente lo que necesitás.
