I would give a lower rating if I could. I went to the store to have my dash cam installed. However, I was caught in a traffic jam on I forty and was thirty minutes late. I called the store at ten o'clock ( the time they opened) to tell them I would be late, and was told that was not a problem. When I arrived at the store at 10:30, there was no one in the bay, and upon entering the store and was told that they would reschedule because I was fifteen minutes late for my appointment. I was understandably upset, but was accused of yelling, and the technician refused to schedule another appointment for me. I went up front to complain, and was told by someone who did not identify himself to get out of the store. I will never do business with best buy again.

The customer service number for delivery is not helpful at all and never seem to be able to tell you anything. I bought in store on Monday delivery was suppose to be wed then changed to dec then to this Saturday now it's Monday. We had someone coming to install the new TV that wasn't able to reschedule.
