SO BAD. I wanted to buy Apple Watches for my sister’s birthday, so I called best buy to make sure they have them in stock. A lady answered the phone and when I asked her she told me they do. By the time she told me this I was already 10 minutes away from their store. She then told me to go ahead and purchase the watches through the phone which made NO sense because, why?💀 if I’m literally about to be there.
Anyway, she kept convincing me to do so and so I just bought them through the phone. They took of the money but when I came in to pick up MY watches they didn’t give them to me because “the purchase hasn’t processed yet” so I have to come back later. To which I was like “I literally told her I’m about to be there and she said I will be able to pick them up”
They gave no shit and acted like it was my fault.
Hated that day because what In the world.
