Went buy the store just to look around. I found the store to be empty of items to look at, or even interact with. Place had a bunch of tvs but that was about it. Staff was on top of asking me if I needed help. Asked me every 10 - 15 steps till it became so over bearing and obnoxious that I just left. I don't mind customer service but that was to the point of pushing. Best to just order what you need online from amazon and wait, won't stop by again.

I ordered a washer and dryer. I was told that it would take about 3 weeks to arrive because of a busy season. I understood and took their word for it. 3 weeks later I’m given a call from their delivery team telling me that the washer they had gotten from the factory was faulty but that they could just come and install the dryer, to which I declined and just rescheduled for them to be both installed at the same time. I was then told that it would be another 3 weeks until they could deliver and install the washer and dryer again. I was a bit unhappy but I tried to be patient and understanding. Another 3 weeks goes by and on the morning of the delivery, I get another call from the delivery service telling me that now my dryer has a scratch on it and that they could wait until the get another one in before installing them. Frustrated and impatient I told them to just bring the scratched dryer and install them if the damage was just cosmetic. Overall, not a great experience purchasing appliances from Best Buy.
