I just purchased a new cell phone via Best Buy. They did an amazing job transferring over all the data and photos I had on my old phone, answering follow up questions, and helping me turn in my old phone so I'd receive some reimbursement for it.
Provided ride for someone.
I had to replace my outdated phone and didn't want to get into another contract with my phone carrier. I decided to try Best Buy to get an unlocked phone.
I just happened to meet an employee in the parking lot who greeted me and asked me what my needs were. He assured me it could be taken care of.
Inside I was greeted again and lined up with an initial person who got the phone I needed and accessories. I was then handed over to the person who would transfer my new phone over to my current carrier, put my screen protector on, put it in a protective case, and transfer all my data from my old phone. I encountered 5 employees to finish my transaction, that might sound like a lot but it was one continuous positive, helpful encounter. I'm not sure who the manager is but job well done on creating a team that everyone provides the same customer service encounter from entry to exit.
I didn't want to buy a new phone but the old phone would no longer update. The quality of service provide made it a lot easier to work through the transition and put a little suave on the cost.
I would not hesitate to continue to conduct business here.
