Curbside service was prompt.
Stood in the Raybans section for 30 mins, waiting for someone to approach me, even putting my hand out for someone and not a single person walked over or even asked if I needed help. I went as far as even verbally asking for help and was ignored.

I just purchased a new cell phone via Best Buy. They did an amazing job transferring over all the data and photos I had on my old phone, answering follow up questions, and helping me turn in my old phone so I'd receive some reimbursement for it.
