I had one of the best retail experiences of my life at this store. I have never been happier to spend so much money and it’s a weird, but welcomed feeling. I am literally in awe of how well I was treated and how knowledgeable my salesperson was.
I came in with a specific need and gave him a little background information. He showed me a product that he thought would be a better fit and explained all of the features. He also took me over to the item I came into the store to purchase. He explained how that item worked as well.
Ultimately, I decided against the item he recommended, but I ended up buying a laptop he recommended, which was not on my list for this particular trip, but was absolutely something I needed.
I was tempted to buy a Mac, but because I had explained some background to him earlier, he showed me a computer that really was a better fit for my needs.
I am so thankful and I feel really excited about my purchases.

I went there with my brother in law. He was looking for home theater stuff so I just walked around a looked. I noticed a lot of empty spaces where product should be. Also the store just seemed in rough shape. The people were nice, but the store was a totally different place than it was when I was there a year earlier buying an iPad. I like Best Buy. I hope this was just an off day. Nice to be able to go and see the product instead of just pictures on the Internet.
