It didn't have my memory card I was looking for. They didn't have a lot of selection either too choose from.
Absolutely terrible service from the geek squad department. You should be ashamed of yourself!!!! Whoever the manager is should be terminated!!!!

I am beyond disappointed with my experience at this Best Buy. I purchased a universal laptop charger that didn’t work for my needs, but because I live in a different state where the nearest Best Buy is over an hour and a half away, I couldn’t make it back immediately.
I attempted to return it today, January 17th, only to be told the cutoff was January 15th. I was shocked to find out Best Buy only has a 15-day return policy—one of the shortest in the industry. I explained my situation to the manager, whose name is Clayton, that I live out of state and was literally standing in the closest location to my home—and asked for a simple two-day exception. He refused.
Now I’m stuck with an expensive product I can’t use. This level of rigidity, especially for a loyal customer traveling from out of state, is unacceptable. If you shop here, be warned: check your receipt immediately and don't expect any grace if life gets in the way. It is most definitely "Buyer Beware."
