Good assortment of parts and well organized
This is an appreciation for the service center worker at Burlington Best Buy, Gio! I have been having troubles with my laptop screen flashing on and off, along with my keyboard and brought it in a few weeks ago to be shipped in and repaired. After it being returned, the wrong part was fixed. Aggrevated being the situation, i bring it back up, reasonably upset. I was spoken too by 2 others, one of them is Eric (I can't remember the others name I'm so sorry😭) who helped me understand what might have happened, and looked into it. But Gio, he is the one who truly took the matters into his own hands and helped me vocalize how I felt towards the repair center, got our money back for the mistake, and communicated with me every step of the way! I couldn't be more appreciative of him for his help, his gratitude and his kindness to taking care of such a situation. I only hope he is admired for his actions, and look forward to coming back to thank him personally!
