I went in there to get my kids' presents for Christmas. I didn't find what i needed and when I left without buying anything. An employee told me "no hanging out, only customers," which I found kinda rude.

Michael provided exceptional help yesterday! He was beyond friendly and very persistent. Being at the end of my pregnancy, I have no patience, but he made an hour not seem like a long time. Somehow my account was messed up so I was trying to exchange my screen protector but it wasn’t showing on the account. In order for the warranty to be a clean exchange, it needed to show up. After two managers told him there’s nothing they could do, he continued to try different methods of finding the purchase on one of my accounts since he saw I did have a replacement within 90 days. Eventually, being persistent paid off and he figured out why it wasn’t on my account and was able to complete the exchange. He saw the frustration because he knew I didn’t want to buy another screen protector when I didn’t have to. He was such a pleasure to work with and I hope he can help me next time!

Went there, Burlington store, on a scheduled install of a new radio. They took me in early and didn't even get to finish my coffee before they called that it was done. Walked me thru everything I needed to know. These guys did great top shelf work. Clean, tidy, very professional. Had an issue, not related to the install and the manager that day, tall female, was a great problem solver. I've scheduled to get my daughter's truck done as well. Enjoying it so much!!!
