Had two very different experiences here at one time. Needed a wireless charger due to a charge port being broken, and not actually being able to replace the phone. Employee 1 (didn't get his name) was very pushy about getting a new phone even though that isn't what we asked for, and he kept giving us inaccurate information like the phone is too old to support wireless charging etc. Employee 2 (again, didn't get a name) asked us for details about the phone itself, had us test wireless charging on some display chargers to confirm it would work before we paid for anything, then he told us the pros and cons of the various priced chargers, and actually recommended a store brand wireless charger as the most cost effective option. It works great. So my recommendation to anyone going in here is to just find one of the people more geared towards helping with your problem, and avoid the pushy up sellers. Employee 2 will be why we go back here. Employee 1 just sucked.
