How do I check product availability at the Burlington Best Buy?

I was directed to the line to pick up my order. The line moved fairly quickly for it being Black Friday. The staff I spoke to were both courteous and helpful.

Came in with high hopes to purchase items posted online. Was given the incorrect item that was more expensive that was posted available. The employee was rushing me like he didn’t want to help. I already stated in the beginning I was willing to purchase more items. Guess with that unhelpful attitude I left annoyed. Hire better helpful employees 😡😡😡

I was looking to make a purchase regarding a new Sony camera however when I was going to ask an associate, they were grouped together and one person said something explicit about me. I was genuinely embarrassed that behavior came from a grown man’s mouth. I neglected my purchase and won’t return in the future.
