We recently visited the Best Buy in Burlington to shop for a new over-the-range microwave. One of the sales associates, Kevin, was extremely helpful and took the time to assist us in finding a microwave that would fit perfectly in our existing space. He also ensured the model we chose was available and scheduled delivery on a day that worked for us.
Best Buy would benefit from having more employees like Kevin, who provide outstanding customer service and make the shopping experience easy and enjoyable.

Best Buy is consistently one of my favorite places to shop for electronics. I really appreciate being able to see and touch the products before making a decision.
During my last visit, the store was pleasantly not crowded, which made browsing easy. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, offering great assistance.
Although they didn't have the specific item we were looking for in stock, the associate quickly ordered it from another store, and we were able to pick it up the very same day—now that's great service!
This is a fantastic store for all your electronics needs. Highly recommended!
