Oh my goodness. I have a story for you! We needed a new GE Cafe Dishwasher to replace the one we purchased 4 years and 4 months ago. It was back ordered for two weeks. No big deal. So three weeks later they arrived to install the dishwasher. But we never received the dishwasher. The guy was in a pick up truck. Not a Best Buy Truck. He was wearing a t shirt and jean. No name tag. It was odd. So he said no dishwasher, let me call them. And he left. Then I sat on the phone with Best Buy logistics waiting for information. They came four more times, not kidding. Four more times before a man in a SUV arrived with my dishwasher ready to install it. So it took six week from the day I purchased the dishwasher until the day it was installed. Best Buy in Cary has remodeled and they have a beautiful store. But when I visited the store after the third attempt to have my dishwasher installed, the Assistant General Manager said he had no control over logistics and deliveries. DON'T EVER BUY LARGE APPLIANCES FROM BEST BUY IN CARY! I started recording my phone calls on the 3rd, 4th and 5th phone calls just so my husband could hear it when he got home. Shocking! Best Buy should have researched which store should get the remodel based on customer experiences. The displays at Best Buy in Cary are beautiful. The service is just awful.
