Do not buy anything open box from this store, got there to pick up my order which was a laptop that was described as excellent, thing looked horrible, it was a floor display full of gunk and fingerprints, was not even given a charger or anything, had to request one multiple times before I was given a used charger, computer was not in excellent condition, costumer service was lacking and the worse part is that it broke after a month of getting it after the return date. Be aware and be careful with open box items. I'm stuck paying for a broken computer that the store manager couldn't even have the decency to give it the actual condition price when I went back to show them the condition of the laptop a day after buying it, I took a chance thinking that the computer at least can work correctly, took a gamble in a used product sell as new in excellent condition but "open box" and couldn't return, won't be buying anything again and after I'm finishing paying the credit card balance for the store I'm closing my account

Like most American retailers you can expect an array of the average and lower end things. High-end items are not in stores.
Went in looking for a laptop for school and was so pleased by the customer service! The one who assisted us with the laptop was extremely friendly, did not get his name unfortunately. However, the other gentleman went above and beyond for my 7 year old son. Kata, thank you for being so gracious with my son!
