Picked up my Bose Arc Ultra Soundbar.
Process was easy.
The stereo/audio installers at the Crossroads location are great guys - extremely knowledgeable and professional, and gave me some great advice that saved me a few bucks too. Extremely happy!
Very poor customer service every single time I've gone. Every time I've come to get a laptop or electronic for my company, I can't find anybody to help me. There's 1 maybe 2 employees and nobody acknowledges you even when you ask if anyone can help you. Even when you know exactly what you want and just need them to get it from their storage, nobody can be found. It's so frustrating and it's happened every single time I've gone. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Very friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. I was greeted by 4 associates who asked if I needed assistance. Walked out with a brand new computer with awesome specs. Shoutout to the associates here! Good wholesome service is always a reason to come back :)
