If could leave zero stars !!!! The manager and customer care associate was very racist and unprofessional! I will not visit best buy ever again !!!

Similar to other reviews, the store manager is the main reason to stay away from this store. Rude, uncaring and dismissive. I have over 40 years experience in customer service and know what good service looks like. Billy, however, went out of his way to step in and properly handle what was BB’s mistake to begin with. Also cashier Emmalie was fantastic. If you had more employees like Billy and Emmalie your company would not be flirting with bankruptcy. You really should pay attention to these reviews.
