By far the worst experience I have had in a store. Waited around an hour for to get customer service. Went to the front twice to ask for help and the dude at the front said they are busy and their camera tech guy would be there in 10 min. I come back 20 min later and he still isn't there. Basically sitting in the camera section waiting for the guy. Another employee walked past me around 8 times and didn't even ask if I needed any help or anything. Finally I went all the way to the machine section and had a guy help me out there. He radioed if anyone could help me and again no one did. Apparently all 3 camera guys there didn't come in on their shift that day. Was just not a good experience. Store wasn't even busy and I would not recomend it. Go to the other best buy by the mall for better service.
A-1 service went in to look for a new TV. and their was Josh, one of the 1st people to say hello and ask if we needed help. Very knowledgeable, I mean on it, he show us different TV's. I was looking for Samsung, and he taught me a few new things about Samsung and the difference between Samsung and Sony. Both are great, but I am still leaning towards Samsung, I when I go, maybe by then, I'll make up my mind which one I'm going to buy. Thank Josh for your outstanding service. I will definitely be back very soon
The stop here was very friendly and very helpful. And they make it easy to finance they have multiple options for that
