Great selection friendly staff
We were here for a while yesterday waiting, no one wanted to help us/6/09/25 around 6:00 pm no one wanted to help us, Mr. Antony who speaks Spanish was there, we approached him and asked if he could help us find an iPhone because we couldn't find what we were looking for on the table and he just answered us ask the cashier if there's anyone who can help you and he was walking from one side to the other, he just kept looking at us, I don't understand why they are like this, they should help, it doesn't cost them anything to be nice, that's what they do. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE pesimo servicio si podria dar cero estrella lo haria
Disappointed: Screen Failure in 6 Months, No Extended Warranty Despite Geek Squad Membership
I bought the Samsung 60” DU6900 (2024) from Best Buy along with a Geek Squad membership, expecting peace of mind. But just six months in, the screen failed completely. The case was handed over to Samsung, and to their credit, they offered to replace the entire screen.
While I appreciate Samsung stepping in with a fix, I’m disappointed with Best Buy's lack of long-term support. I humbly requested an additional 6 months of warranty coverage, considering the early failure and the repair, but Best Buy refused — despite my Geek Squad protection.
It’s frustrating when you pay extra for coverage and still feel like you're left hanging after a major issue. A repaired product, especially this early, should come with some extended confidence from the seller. I expected better from Best Buy on that front.
