Hi my name is Nadia, we came Sunday me and my husband and our daughter to look for washer and dryer so we met Kata he was a nice guy he explained to us everything about LG machines so we told him we will come back later Today we came to the store to purchase the LG set we looked for him he wasn’t there my husband asked a guy is Kata here but he answered him ( go to appliances area) and he left so we went to the appliances area we asked for somebody to help a guy told us to wait for a lady she was with other customer so suddenly he came ( the same guy we asked firt ) he said I am the manager I can help you if already chosen what you want, I told him you didn’t want to help me first when I asked you he was rude and eventhat we went with him to purchase the set he was in hury just trying to do it as fast as he can not even listening to us, we told him if you dont want to help us I will come later to see Kata and we left And when we were leaving we asked the lady in the front door about other manager so we can talk to him she said he is the only one here today while we were talking to her he came in and he was yelling to us ( me my husband and our daughter) I told you I am the manager here if you need something you talk to me or get out from my store my husband told him it’s not your store and he was screaming to us and telling us leave the store or I call the police Is that how the manager talk to customers??!! Is that how to act with people who come to buy stuff from your store ??!! There are a lot of other stores to go to if you hire a manager like him I think his name ( dean ) he is a black tall guy witch top dyed blonde hair ( a manager with no badge) ??!!! Please reach out to us about this situation we are a best buy customers for long time

Great and attentive sales agents. I went looking for some soundbars and they fixed a display that was not working. Answered all my questions and were honest, not pushy or trying to up sell me.

Don’t bother making appointment for geek squad. I drove 20 miles out of my way for an appointment at 7:20 but the tech had clocked out before I even got there. Huge waste of my time and gas.

I have visited the Geek Squad at Best Buy in Cary several times over the past few years, and have always received excellent customer service. Nia, Tony, and Collin have all provided exceptional service. They are all very patient and knowledgeable. Best Geek Squad team I have ever encountered!
