I bought a laptop about 3 months ago now, the return period had already gone by when I tried to return it, but I couldn't get around to making the return in the first month because I was really bussy. The laptop was advertised as having a 10 hour battery life and at lowest settings (lowest brightness and lowest sound) it only lasted 2 hours. I wasn't able to get a return on a laptop I had used for less than 10 hours which is insane. I won't buy from this Best Buy and probably from any other Best Buy having this into account.

They have employees, but they love to talk among themselves and not help people. Had to ask the greater for help and he radied someone or so I thought. . . . Waited and waited no one came to me.

Lazy employees. Online inventory shows in stock, but the website won't let me checkout because there's only 1 left. Called the store and they apparently don't have employees that can walk to a shelf to check. It's an iPhone, so it's locked behind a counter and they would need to move even if I was there. Pure laziness.
