I purchased a camera on March 2, 2025. The return deadline is April 30, 2025. Unfortunately, the camera has been experiencing overheating issues. When I attempted to return it, the store manager insisted on charging a restocking fee, stating that overheating does not qualify as a defect.
During our conversation, he repeatedly referred to me as “bro,” despite me respectfully asking him to address me as “sir.” I found this disrespectful, especially considering I was speaking to him politely and with professionalism.
After a frustrating and unproductive discussion, I took my camera and receipt and informed the manager that I would pursue legal action. Store security footage will confirm my account. As I exited the store, he followed me outside and told me that if I returned, I would be trespassing.
At this point, I am left with a defective $800 camera and no resolution
Excellent customer service.
Very knowledgeable staff members
I bought a cable (Capple - 6.6' (2M) USB Type C-to-Lightning Charging Cable) because the store employee told me it was the best cable for iPhone. However, the cable simply doesn't charge. The employee insisted that the problem was with my phone and refused to exchange the product. I tested it with other, simpler cables and realized that they all charge my phone, while this one does not. Now I'm already back in my country, left with a $31 loss for a cable that doesn't work. (Answer: I have to cover the costs to exchange the product. In other words, I still bear the loss, and the company said there’s nothing they can do 😣)
