I had Meta Ai Glass appointment that I had scheduled month a go for 21st Decmber 6:30pm and when I was there the person told me oh I dont find you in the system but if you want to wait for couple of hours I can do that.(I was there at my appointment time and after that I was there for atleast 20 to 30 minutes they keep on taking people as walking and signing them up dont know what their procedure but there were 2 guys apparently and one guy will show and other guy just spent his time somewhere else)Really poor customer service and execution by Meta to sale their product at best buy where their emplyee moral is not to sale the product.

It's been quite a while since being inside a Best Buy store but a 20 demo was required to order the Ray Ban Meta AI glasses. An appointment is required and we only had one scheduled appointment and there was three of us wanting to try the demo and pre-order the Ai glasses. They had a cancellation and that all we needed for them to squeeze us all in as walk-ins. The tech guy was really professional with his demonstration on how to navigate the various finger-touches to us to be able to use them easily. We were fitted for the frame and the wrist strap for a perfect fit. Unfortunately, as of today, 12/20/2025 we are on a pre order list for 4-6 weeks. However, the store and staff were Awesome, receptive and helpful.
