I ordered JBL earbuds here for pick up via their pick up locker. I pick it up and see that the seal is broken. I thought that was suspicious and go to my car to open it. There was no charging case in there just the ear buds. Surely, I’m being pranked. I go inside to report it and the guy at the register says I can get a replacement but in the meantime to speak to the manager (NOEL). He comes over, doesnt say much but that he’s going to check the security cameras. Be my guest! Theyre checking the cameras and looking my way as if I’m a criminal. Now why the hell would I come back to report sometjing stolen and waste 30 mins of my time if I stole it?! The girl at the front tells me to relax and let them do their job. Right, let me relax while they accuse me of stealing something that maybe one of their own employees stole. Mind you, Noel the manager himself said he staged the product himself inside the locker and said it didnt look like that. So do your job and find out how that happened! Scamming customers and then accusing them of theft js crazy work.

I waited for over 5 minutes for a person to come to the customer pickup window.
Recently went to go get a pick up order. Went over to the customer service counter and they had me just standing there for about 10 minutes. A lady was already there but she told me she was leaving so someone else would be attending me. Finally, a associate named Ashley go to me and was super rude and had a sarcastic tone the entire time. Was truly appalled by the way she was speaking and was holding myself back from yelling at her. I was only able to get my order after she was having a hard time with the computer and another gentleman came to help her out. I usually love best buy but she ruined it for me, truly a sour person.
