Stopped in without an appointment to have my computer upgraded to Windows 11 pro & luckily the Geek Squad was able to see me & handle the upgrade that Ineeded for work. Thank you!
Best Buy corporate totally disregards customer feedback
I got a coupon by email which I applied towards a purchase. They sent a used product that was not acceptable. I went to the store to exchange for a new one but was told I could only return and wait for the coupon to be put back in my account to use towards the new order. The coupon was never restated in my account. Called corporate number and talked to chat agents multiple times and was given false promise that they would send me a gift certificate only to be told in the end they couldn’t reissue the coupon whatsoever. Put in a complaint and was promised a resolution response but never got that either
KC provided an outstanding experience. She went above and beyond to ensure I received the discount I qualified for and even installed a screen protector on my phone, all with a genuinely positive and reassuring attitude. She truly turned my day around, and I’m so grateful for people like her!
Asked an employee where Apple chargers were, went in the direction she pointed, but only found Macbook cases. Continued searching around the store, tried to ask another employee, was ignored as they were speaking to a fellow coworker. Then it appeared a man tried to steal something and everyone thought that was funny. If you don’t have a product available, you can just let me know.
