Try to return a cell phone that was connected to AT&t this was not the store that I purchased it from but I read the instructions when online and also read the return policy and you can return the item there they just refuse to and even when I called AT&t they said it didn't make any sense why the Best buy wouldn't return the phone because I had my receipt and it was only 5 days out from my purchased it. I don't know what the issue is but I'm just going to pass up on going here again.

When you walk into the door, you're greated by an ARMED security officer in full-out SWAT GEAR, followed by additional Armed Security within the store. This is probably the safest place to shop in all of Charlotte, North Carolina. To have that feeling again where I can walk around a store and not have to be observant of my surroundings and just relax a little brought me back to to the 90's again. It was a pleasure to shop here and actually pay attention to the products, read the back of packages without looking away to gauge anyone around me, and to just live in the moment without having to be hyper-aware of whose lurking around because their security genuinely had that part of my life covered, even if just for a moment.
Their drone selection was thin, however but you can't blame the store for more demand than supply, and they had a great selection of TV's and found a way to pack all their products into a relatively small space for a Best Buy in general, all without making you feel clostrophobic.
I will certainly return.
Expect to ride around and around the parking lot. Not enough parking it's always crowded. The employees are outstanding.
Went to buy a hotspot for backup WIFI.Also bought a plan at the same time.These people have NO IDEA what they are talking about! They said PIN for activation was on my receipt…..NOPE…….They also said password was on prepaid card…..NOPE! It’s on the screen of the device.Best Buy counter/check out employees LISTEN UP! Show your customers the CORRECT way to activate a device and if you don’t know than say so! This review was written so no one else waste 2 hours with incorrect information!
