I’m really disappointed in Best Buy. I’ve paid almost $300 to have my TV mounted and I’ve waited all day for a status on when the agent was coming. The agent never came. I’ve called Geek Squad twice and they can’t even find the agent. I called the number they gave for the agent and it was to a call center and not directly to the agent. That’s the game they play to not take responsibility. I’ve asked to talk to the manager at Best Buy and stayed on for an hour for the service rep to essentially say “what can I do to get you off my phone cause my manager is too busy and need to help other customers.” I have yet to get a call back from the manager and I’m honestly ready to never deal with them again. Not only did they not assist me they hung up on me when I called and said I had a complaint. We’ll see how the BBB will handle this

Closing the pedestrian entrance is antithetical to a walkable development like the Metropolitan. Hire another security guy if you’re so concerned. You’re forcing foot traffic into a dark parking deck, or making it to where people will choose to drive from the Target deck to the Trader Joe’s/Best Buy deck, only contributing to the gridlock on Kings/Charlottetowne.
