Terrible customer service, inexcusable. Also the return policy is a complete joke. Every retail store in America has a 30-day return policy but Best Buy doesn't. They couldn't override a return for me because I was three days over their 15-day return policy. Even though I know they can override it. You buy a product and you have to make a decision within 15 days. If it's crap after that then they stand their ground like they're being paid $100/hour. I hope this store and this entire company goes under. I'd rather give Bezos or Elon or the Waltons my money than Best Buy ever again. Trash.
