Not a crowded store at all. Was in the store about 30 minutes with none of the employees asking if I need assistance. I've been there before and got better service. Was really interested in buying something but I left empty handed!!!!

i have been a fan of best buy for years but will never shop there again . I recently spent over $1000 there and went to return two items that were unopened unused and worth 20 bucks each. But they would not accept the return because it had been 17 days and they only take returns up to 14 days for nonmembers. So they wanted me to spend $30 on a membership in order to qualify for a $40 refund on brand New unopened items returned in less than 30 days. Even the manager said no exceptions so i will take my business elsewhere- I will shop at Microcenter from now on for my electronics.
