This is the longest wait I have ever experienced. Because of this, competitors like Amazon, Micro Center, and Newegg are significantly better than this store.
I ordered a camera online on Saturday, November 29th. It is now December 2nd, around 11 PM, and I still have not received an email confirming the order is ready for pickup.
Calling customer service was extremely difficult. Their AI system is difficult to work with. When I finally pressed "0," the system asked what I wanted someone for. I said "order status," and it only gave me the same information I could see online, with no option to transfer to a person. I only got through to someone by saying "complaint."
The representative then told me the payment needed to be verified. I assumed the delay was due to the weekend. I waited patiently until today (around 5 PM) when I finally reached someone via online chat. This person assured me my order was ready and the email would be sent "anytime soon."
Well, it is 11 PM, and I am tired of waiting for the email. Tomorrow will be December 3rd, and I still have nothing from the store about my camera being ready for pickup. It is not rocket science to grab a camera from inventory, scan it, and put it on a shelf for pickup. All they need is my ID. I am very disappointed.
Do not give them your business . I purchased an iPad to be shipped to my home. The item was shipped via Fedex with no signature required and my package was stolen by the FEDEX driver. I contacted best buy customer care and was informed that my ipad would not be replaced nor refunded. Best buy you should be ashamed or yourselves and this is not how a multimillion dollar business should conduct themselves!!!!! I want my money back !!!!!
Got everything I needed, the employees were kind and easy to talk to.

I bought a TV and the sales associate was very helpful to explain each feature on different brands. The price was the lowest of other stores.
