The worst tech support and geek squad in all of North Carolina. Took my laptop to them on Sunday. Simple job request. Take tge screws out the back remove battery and replace with new battery I supplied then put back panel back on using screws they removed. It's Wednesday and I still have not been given an update.. Called for and update and the geek rep sounded lost and hung up on my me when I pressed for an update... Take may advice ride past the location and go somewhere else...

I was given the opportunity of a selecting a new laptop for myself due to a generous gift from a friend. The friend brought me to the Best Buy #1107 on River Gate Pkwy in Charlotte, NC. We were greeted warmly upon entering the store and given directions to the laptop area. There we met by a smiling clerk, eagerly seeking how she could help me find what laptop was right for me. No over the top sales pitches, just the honest facts. I found the one that was perfect for me! I know I’ll be taken good care at the River Gate Charlotte, NC Best Buy and so will you!
