Went in there looking for a Computer Charger, the guy at the door helped me and picked out the charger that said would work!
I asked for more professional help because like I said he was standing at the door greeting the customers, No electronic experience AT ALL!!!
Bought the charger that HE gave me directions to BUY AND SAID IT’LL WORK, he told me about tthe Kiosk to try the new charger!!
NONE OF THEM WORKED, NONEEEE!
he told me he could do my refund and it’ll be back in my account RIGHT AWAY…
Did the refund, left I read the receipt and it said 3-5 business days!
Once again before he sold me the charger I kept asking for ACTUAL help, someone’s that knows before I spent almost $100 ($96.51) for something that didn’t even worked!
Now he’s looking all confused, apologizing for selling the wrong product!
NOOOO NEXT!!!!!

NO GEEK SQUAD APPTS FOR A MONTH!!!!!! ive been a best buy total member for years. i just called today to try and get a service on one of my laptops i purchased. This is March 4. they said there are no appointments through the end of March available at the RIvergate location. YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING! it was incredibly painful to get the online chat person to even listen to my availability, or my closest location etc! Why bother to pay for memberships? or even buy from them if they cant offer service
I had such a great experience at Best Buy thanks to Hayden! He helped me purchase my camera yesterday and was so patient and understanding , especially with my 5-year-old being all over the place lol. He never made me feel rushed or overwhelmed and took the time to answer all my questions.
He was knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely cool to work with. You can tell he actually cares about helping customers make the right choice, not just making a sale. He really looked out for me, and I truly appreciate that.
If you go to this location, definitely ask for Hayden!
