I want to get a give a one-star review to the lady working behind the counter on at pickup Play Return to watch and then she asked about shredders the lady told her what all she was on and then she told her that she'll help her decide on her computer which one she can get or which one she wants I asked her if I could just pick up my package she said yeah you pick it up down there over there I'll get to you when I'm done I have my dog out in the car and I just wanted to pick up my package and leave
I am a looooong time Best Buy customer. They have been my go-to local electronics store for many years. The inventory changes over the years haven't been the most fantastic thing but I feel like they have been a necessary adjustment in an attempt to survive the brick-and-mortar challenges of an online retail world. That said, this is a note on my experience over 4 visits to the Rivergate location in 6 months of living in the Steele Creek area.
The product selection at this location is reasonably good and the store is kept neat and clean. In my visits, I have seen very few other customers at the store, so I am concerned about the long-term survival of the store. I don't know how long it has been at this location, but I've seen similar degradation of customer quantity at other locations that were historically booming so it seems more widely symptomatic than a given location.
The employee engagement and customer service at the Rivergate location has been fantastic thus far. I've needed help finding particular products in the store, had to process a return, and made a purchase with delivery and installation. In all cases, I was met with friendly encounters with positive outcomes.
As far as Best Buy goes, I really have nothing negative to say about this location other than I'd like to see a wider product selection. That said, I again recognize the difficulty in making that so.
I went in for some earbuds and came out with a very neat product. I was well taken care of by the staff and also had a few laughs. Awesome people at Best Buy.
Small bear but, staff looks at you like you don’t belong there. The staff act like you’re bothering them when asking them a question. Worst Best Buy I have been too
