This store is a complete joke. Making customers feel like criminals must be their specialty. Tried to return an item that was mistakenly rung out, of course I didn't have a receipt that showed the item I was returning because the item i was returning wasn't rung out, another (wrong) item was. I had receipts showing the accompanying items purchased as well as proof on mybestbuy.com. I was told to go to another store 25 miles out of my way. You guys need to learn how to pick out the crooks vs the real customers. I wish I had gotten the manager that obviously had a superiority complexs name. I did try to call back and get it but was on hold for 10 minutes so I gave up. And I'm sure Best Buy wonders why they are a hair away from filing bankruptcy! It's employees that think their customers have nowhere else to go. We may not have any other brick and mortar electronic stores but have you ever heard of the internet?? Bad management breeds bad people and no profits Best Buy!!! Good day!

Service people were nice, guess this is more of a reflection of BestBuy as a whole, but never did get any points back. As I was promised I would several times. Disappointed
