Always a long wait time in the phone for Best Buys. Not helpful. Just called this place same things.
Great customer service at Geek Squad for computer repair.
Don't buy here it's not worth it. I bought a Samsung s24 specifically for the battery which broke almost immediately. A friend looked at it and said the battery is discharging too fast and so now I've always got it on the charger with battery saver on. I also bought an otterbox case but the case pulls back on the corners so I have to constantly fix it, but of course after a few months the first time I drop it, the corner shatters. I went in about both of these issues and was told there was nothing they could do and that was on the manufacturer. I contacted the manufacturer and got no response. I guess these people have never returned anything to any store ever because it didn't work? I've never been to a major retailer that won't do returns for something that doesn't work, and as far as I know faulty products are usually caused by the manufacturer. You think when you spend $900 you'd get a quaility product but apparently not. This phone is about equal quality to the $200 phone I had before. I guess this is why they are having to shut stores down though.
