My husband and I purchased a dishwasher approximately two months ago at the Rivergate location in Charlotte, NC. A few days after installation, we started noticing small roaches in our kitchen—something we had never seen in the 10 years we’ve lived there.
We began fighting the infestation with fumigation, traps, glue boards, and various products. Yesterday, we decided to remove the dishwasher, as it seemed the roaches were coming from that area.
To our surprise, we found an infestation underneath a transparent label that contains a warning not to remove it. Under that label, there was a cluster of roaches, including eggs and roaches of all sizes. This situation has led us to wonder to what extent Best Buy holds responsibility for the expenses and stress caused by selling a product that was infested with roaches from the start.

Elizabeth,
I am terrified of roaches. It is a phobia in which I would just cringe and freeze in place, or run out of the room. Therefore, I couldn't fathom being in your shoes. Came into Best Buy today to get a new screen protector for my phone as my previous one has cracked. One of the employees named mint was more than helpful answering any questions I had about their products. Offered to install my screen protector for me and did an amazing job. She was so sweet and held conversation with me through the entire process. It’s refreshing to see a company have such kind employees
Friendly and helpful staff
Two week return policy on an unopened item. They would only give store credit.Beware won’t be buying from them again.
