Got unlucky with an open box product that I was installing in my truck. Gareth was patient and kind throughout the whole tedious process and Justin went out of his way to make sure I was 100% happy with the shopping experience. They know how to make customers happy and make them want to come back. Great deals all around the store but the service was top notch.

This should not come up when I type Best buy The outlet should come up the times are completely wrong

I purchased a washing machine went to the warehouse off of Wilkinson to pick it up and the guy wouldn’t help me load it . I’m 60 yrs old . I turned around and asked him to help me pick it up and he looked at me and hit the button on the roll up door . What a POS. Never buying a damn thing from Best Buy again,
