Open box pixel watch first one had a pin they should've checked for before they resold it!!!! came back twice and they replaced it with another open box that was missing a charger very unsatisfied will be deleting my bestbuy app over this absolutely ridiculous

Got unlucky with an open box product that I was installing in my truck. Gareth was patient and kind throughout the whole tedious process and Justin went out of his way to make sure I was 100% happy with the shopping experience. They know how to make customers happy and make them want to come back. Great deals all around the store but the service was top notch.

This should not come up when I type Best buy The outlet should come up the times are completely wrong
