I bought a microwave open box, marked excellent. However, it's missing the bracket for installation which I spent hours searching for since the part is specific to the brand. I was told it should be available at home depot or Lowe's, it's not. I had to order it from the manufacturer. This should have not been marked excellent if it's missing parts. Because of that, I had to delay the installation purchaee from them. I forgot how inconvenient life is without a microwave. I guess I'll be cooking each time or eating out for a week until the part arrives.
Good parking, nice layout. Customer service is lacking. Greeter ignored me as I walked in. Workers were talking to each other not acknowledging the customer who was in need of assistance.

Disappointing experience. The staff seemed untrained and unfamiliar with the products, moving slowly and offering little real assistance. When asked for details, they simply directed me to check the website. For a brand like Best Buy, I expected much better in-store support. Definitely not up to standard.
