Good place to shop, I went to buy earpods, they had a lot of variety. There was only one billing counter, so expect atleast 7-10 min wait time.

I for one am glad that a brick and mortar store still exists where you can go and buy something and get it right away. And usually the employees who work there are fairly well versed in the products that they are selling and can answer your questions as far as returns I have never had an issue with a return at Best buy. In fact I was just there last week to pick up a new laptop. They had it in stock the salesman was helpful and quick. I was in and out of there in less than 15 minutes

We bought phones from this Verizon in Best Buy on two occasions this year. The first time, earlier this year, we bought a phone for my wife and Darnell was a great help and even stayed past his time to leave to help get my wife's new phone all set up. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Since we had such a great experience the first time, we came back to get a new phone for my son and myself a few weeks ago. We worked with Justin who went above and and beyond for us. We had issues with our existing billing and he took care of it working on the phone with Verizon customer service and going to bat for us. He got us great deals on two new phones and we left extremely happy. Both guys we worked with were extremely knowledgeable and professional and I would definitely recommend this Verizon location in Best Buy when shopping for a new phone.

It's a known store of electronic devices, but unbelievably i found a nice compact device to pump tires up, I liked it.
