This store doesn't have enough employees. As a result, they are not flexible and lack the bandwidth to assist customers. I have been to the Geek Squad 3 times in the past 2 weeks. Every occasion featured just 1 person available to help despite multiple appointments booked at the same time. Best Buy is the classic dysfunctional big box score that doesn't care about their customers. This store has a passive Department of Motor Vehicles approach to customer service. There is no empathy and no sense of urgency.

Sales person helpful but check out a nightmare as the pressure to apply for charge card and buy membership plan. Also told the sale ended today, but call to the store says it ends on Friday.
