This best buy is ok. Most of the time no one will acknowledge you so I end up going elsewhere but this one's not as bad as most of the others. Microcenter is the new go to.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Stores are always well-stocked, clean, and organized. Very easy to be memorized by everything for sale. Highly recommend, especially this location.
They do get there. Pretty knowledgeable. Got a TV at a good price.

I wanted to take a moment to share feedback about my long-standing experience with the team at Best Buy – Blakeney Center.
Over the years, our family has purchased just about everything imaginable from this store—computers, TVs, phones, printers, appliances, security systems, fitness equipment, and more. We’ve been loyal customers for a long time, and while technology inevitably comes with an occasional hiccup, the service we’ve received has consistently been excellent.
I’m writing specifically to highlight a recent experience involving an innocent mistake with our family phone plan. The General Manager personally stepped in and worked with us to ensure the issue was resolved, which I genuinely appreciated. I also want to call out Nick, one of the Assistant Managers, who was absolutely outstanding. His knowledge, professionalism, and commitment to getting things right were exceptional, and he went above and beyond to help us resolve the issue quickly and thoroughly.
My takeaway is simple: there will always be occasional bumps when technology is involved. What truly matters is the quality of support an organization provides when those moments arise. In this case, the service at Best Buy Blakeney Center was unsurpassed. Nick is a tremendous asset to the organization, and it’s clear why he’s valued by the leadership team for his deep product knowledge and customer-first approach.
