Zero chance I'll be back!! I thought Best Buy was going out of business, and now I understand why. I make an appointment. I expect to be accommodated, within reason of such, or notified so I dont waste my time going. I had a 12:40 appointment. No one waking around or at a desk even attempted to address the line of people waiting. The gentleman next to me asked after 20 minutes if I had an appointment. I said yes. He said his appointment was an hour and 20 minutes before mine. Then the gentleman working at the desk looked up and stated "oh, yeah, two called out so it'll be a while". No call or email, something, HOURS beforehand knowing this would be an issue. Instead I took time off work for the appointment to leave with no resolution. I'll take my business elsewhere.

My daughter and I made a visit to the Blakeney Best Buy in search of a decent, low-priced laptop for her...Behya "Best Friend" helped us and showed great knowledge, patience, and guidance for a teacher on a budget...She found the perfect fit, and is quite pleased...I followed the next day in search of a new iphone to replace my "8"...Evelyn completely understood my concerns and guided me to the right phone (16e) and accessories...She is very customer service oriented, listened patiently, and answered all my questions. My daughter and I are thoroughly delighted with our new technology, thanks to the staff at this outstanding Best Buy...They have been, and will continue to be, my "go to" for the best tech products and staff in Charlotte ~ hands down!
