We waited for 40 minutes in the TV section without anyone acknowledging us. We didn’t need any recommendations — we knew exactly what we wanted to buy. Still, no one came to assist us. The person responsible for that area was a supervisor. I understand he was busy talking to other customers and trying to sell TVs, but as a manager, he could have asked someone else to help us. He clearly saw that we were standing there waiting.
Eventually, I approached another employee for help — he said he’d take care of it and then disappeared. I had to ask a third person, Dave, and he was amazing! In just five minutes, he brought the TV from the warehouse , took our payment, and even loaded it into our car.
Huge thanks to Dave! He’s the only reason this experience didn’t turn into a complete disaster.
Nice store, a lot of different equipment.
Looked like an outlet place and very limited product selection. Just go online
