i made an appt with geek squad to have my computer repaired. john was very thorough, informative, and kind. he took the time to explain and show me what was wrong and how it can be fixed. i appreciated his patience and answers to my questions.

Totally different layout than I’m used to in Florida but got what i needed and employees were helpful
I'm very upset I walked into this location looking to buy some headphones and I was in the store for 30mins walking all over by and around 7 associates and never was I asked for help or even given eye contact thats rude and definitely influenced my choosing to purchase any products. not what th8s large company should be condoning.
