Great service every time!!
Luke was extremely helpful
The new phone “AI” agent that answers calls is horrendous. It did not understand anything I was asking about product availability. Thankfully still people available to speak to.
What a terrible experience at this location. I went for the 60th anniversary celebration and I got to the store 20 min before they opened. as I waited for the store to open, about 20 more ppl came and were behind me. During the wait, an associate came out and talked to the beginning of the line and left, leaving the middle and back of the line wondering what she said. When the store opened, we were instructed to go wait inside the store for the gift card. During this time, no one told myself or the other 20-30 ppl that we needed a paper with a number on it. I even asked the gentleman greeting guests inside (he later said he was “one of the store managers”) if this was the line for the gift card and he said yes. Never mentioned that we needed the paper. 45 min later, I get to the front of the line and they wouldn’t sell me a gift card because I didn’t have a paper. None of us (about 30ppl) knew that or we wouldn’t be waiting in the line. The lady in charge of the door buster, Jenny, did a terrible job of communicating this to the line outside and inside. When I asked her why she didn’t communicate, she was very unprofessional and rude stating she did, even though all of us told her she didn’t. I understand that they only had a limited amount of cards, but what I don’t understand is her lack of communication and also her lack of understanding and customer service. She did not represent herself or Best Buy in the best manner to 20-30 ppl. Lastly, when I spoke to the store manager, he didn’t apologize or acknowledge the complaints from the customers. He just stood there like a deer caught in headlights. Terrible store, terrible experience, terrible employees
