Went in to buy an 85" Samsung TV, and the rep that helped me out was absolutely horrible. Belittled and made me feel dumb for spending 1200 on the TV I wanted. Asked for another associate, and he smelled so bad I had to leave. Rude and smelly

If you are picking something up, please have your information ready. Know the specifics. Have that email that they sent. Staff is sweet and patient but they are confused by the simplest of things. They are ready to confidently tell you that you placed your order in Dublin, Ireland, and send you out of the store before they double check your name and ID.
