I wanted to take a moment to share feedback about my long-standing experience with the team at Best Buy – Blakeney Center.
Over the years, our family has purchased just about everything imaginable from this store—computers, TVs, phones, printers, appliances, security systems, fitness equipment, and more. We’ve been loyal customers for a long time, and while technology inevitably comes with an occasional hiccup, the service we’ve received has consistently been excellent.
I’m writing specifically to highlight a recent experience involving an innocent mistake with our family phone plan. The General Manager personally stepped in and worked with us to ensure the issue was resolved, which I genuinely appreciated. I also want to call out Nick, one of the Assistant Managers, who was absolutely outstanding. His knowledge, professionalism, and commitment to getting things right were exceptional, and he went above and beyond to help us resolve the issue quickly and thoroughly.
My takeaway is simple: there will always be occasional bumps when technology is involved. What truly matters is the quality of support an organization provides when those moments arise. In this case, the service at Best Buy Blakeney Center was unsurpassed. Nick is a tremendous asset to the organization, and it’s clear why he’s valued by the leadership team for his deep product knowledge and customer-first approach.

Bought an lg 55” tv. Delivery date was set and I confirmed it twice. Never delivered. Had to wait to talk to them cause of holiday. Customer service rep couldn’t find an answer as to why. They submitted request to warehouse to find item. Will take another 24-48 hrs before I will hear back.

I always loved Best Buy for electronics, especially their deals, price match, recently they started fee for returns..which is not good but overall best place.
