It was fine The only thing I would say is Best buy really needs to improve their customer service
Pathetic customer service on the pick up desk. 3 people and 30 minutes for just picking up a phone. One guy shushes me when I had some questions, they need more training.

Drove out of the way to this location to pick up a specific tv model which the Best Buy app said was in stock, but was not (i checked again while in-store - still incorrect). The associate set up a pickup for me at the uptown location instead. I did not appreciate the pushy attempt to upsell me a soundbar which he pre-emptively added to my order(!) Once i asked him to remove it he tells me the model i requested needs one because the sound is not good (not true). Ugh, salespeople…
