This location is large with phones, brand name phones/accessories, laptops, pads / accessories, printers/ink all the way to major appliances to huge TV section. Love their GEEK Squad guys! Great customer service and plenty of staff all around the store.
Poor review solely based on consistently horrid customer service system, not based on the workers themselves. I blame the company for the shitty systems they have in place for online purchases/ in store communication.

Came in during Black Friday and NBA Jam was sitting right by the front door with a bunch of other cabinet games. Both signs showed $399. Confirmed the price with two employees and since I was looking for the system to be delivered, I was asked to check out at Customer Service. At which point I was told the price was $499 and they, including the manager Reynaldo Rivera, refused to honor the signage.
Never experienced a company labeling a product with the wrong price, refuse to honor the labeled price. I’m sure it was on camera as it was right by the front door on 11/29 around 1:14pm.
Hope to hear from the Best Buy as false advertising is illegal.

I asked someone for help and they said they would send someone right over and I ended waiting for 20 minutes and no one came so I ended up leaving. Very disappointed.
