Just the worst. Bought a new dryer and paid for the haul away service. I know have a damaged door, water damage in my laundry room, and a broken vacuum. I called and they said they can’t come fix it for a week, and did not care about damaging my house. Please, for the sake of your own goods, do not purchase from Best Buy.
