The Best Buy curse is real. Walk through going to another store, 4 associates ask if I need help with anything. Show up with credit card in hand, ready to drop $$ on tech and no one to be found. You have to search through 3 departments to find someone. Then to be met with eye rolls and sighs before answering my questions is the icing on the crap service cake. Please bring back Circuit City.
