Honestly the 1 star is too kind for how this place operates. I booked an appointment online that was showing as a valid timeslot for getting my phone screen fixed. After having to move around my schedule and ask off work early so I could even make this 5:20 appointment time, once I get there, they tell me that the technician is only there until 6:00 and screen repairs take 1.5 hours. I asked if the technician can just stay late to get it done since it took me 1.15 hours to drive there, they said NO. I asked to speak to a manager, who came over and basically said it’s a known scheduling issue and I would just have to come back the next day for earlier appointment.. no apology, no compensation, no respect!!!!! Heck no I’m not going to drive back 1.15 hours the next day so I can accommodate your scheduling incompetence !! So I just called the main customer service for BB/Geek Squad and they were as useless as the local manager and even suggested calling the local store once they are actually answering their phone because they aren’t currently. I mean really? What a joke of a company? I would NEVER recommend BB/Geek Squad to anyone after my experience with them. Buyers beware!!!

The website says they recycle electronics. I call the store and no one answers. I drive there and all the associates are standing joking around with one another. One of them puts down his toys and then tells me he’ll charge me $30 to throw it in the garbage. Best Buy is a joke at this point.
I went to ask a question about a product and waited but never got any assistance. I waited about 15 minutes and I know not everyone is able to help but there were people standing around not doing anything.
