I had the worst interaction at this location yesterday. I went to buy a new tv and a home theater system. My husband and I looked back and forth and finally decided we had 2 in mind. The employee Daniel said that he didn’t have the one we were looking at online as a display but it might look like others. He wasn’t really sure. So asked about the promo when you buy a tv you save $100 off of a sound bar. He said yep the sound bar you’re looking at qualifies. He rings us up and it doesn’t take the $100 off. He calls manager Frank over and he said oh nope it doesn’t qualify. No apology. Nothing. Just nope. We said Daniel said that it would and it refuses to even acknowledge the mistake. He was completely rude. He got defensive. He said it’s not his fault. No but it’s his employee’s fault. Such a rude and terrible experience. You guys apparently don’t care if you lose a $1200 sale for $100.
We ordered four items two weeks ago and had a scheduled delivery with a four-hour delivery window. Then, one hour before delivery, I received a call from Geek Squad saying they did not have the items needed or the labor available to complete the job.
We took time off work specifically to be home for this delivery, and with almost no notice our entire order was canceled. That level of communication and customer service is completely unacceptable.
To make matters worse, we were told the next available delivery date is five days away. After spending a significant amount of money with Best Buy, this experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.
Terrible service from start to finish. Based on this experience, I will not be shopping with Best Buy again, and I will absolutely be sharing this experience with family and friends.
