Had to return an item within the 90 days to get a replacement and the employee was most helpful. They didn't have the exact model at that store, so he recommended nearby stores that had it or they could ship me one for next day delivery. I opted for the delivery and he finished my order and I was on my way. No hassle, great customer service!

App scan promised $32.98 for the MetaQuest hard case, but no signs anywhere show the price. At register, Frank says it’s ringing up marketplace—$49.99—and blames the system. Not my problem. One star. What a disappointment
