I attempted to return my Meta Quest 3 headset. During the return process, the staff noted that the serial number on the headset didn’t match the one on the box and, as a result, refused to process the return. I was taken aback, as I had no reason to swap the headset. I suggested that the mismatch might be due to an error on their part, but they dismissed my concerns. I even conducted a quick online search, which revealed that it’s common for the box’s serial number to differ from the individual components’ serial numbers. Despite presenting this information, they remained unhelpful. The manager’s ignorance and lack of assistance were particularly disappointing. Best Buy, you should train your staff to be more knowledgeable and avoid embarrassing customers. I felt insulted, and no apology can make up for that.

Customer service is not that great at return or exchange service. It happened for me 2 times( one while i am asking for exchange google nest and second one is apple pencil) both are eligible for return or exchange but still they rejected to accept a return. Asking me to do online.instead Amazon service is far better. But the staff at TV and appliance section are very good. Return via online gives some discomfort for customers .. please try to consider this.

Went to pick up a game today at this Best Buy and the employee who rung me up was very friendly and we had a quick chat about the game and others that he recommended. Unfortunately I did not get his name but this small interaction definitely made an impression on my day today.
