I walked in. Spoke to an associate, got in line, paid, and walked out. The process was very simple. I was grateful.

I placed an order for a tv, came to pick it up after work, went inside to tell them l’m here for a pick-up order. I’ve been waiting outside for almost an hour, only 1 person came to my car & asked what I was picking up. Maybe 20ish minutes after that another employee came out , & asked what we were waiting for , we proceeded to say the tv. He continued with “I guess the warehouse workers did not want to bring it out so we have to” the man that is currently helping us was at the customer service area who also told us to pull up to the door while we wait for the tv. I understand it’s the holidays but I don’t think someone should be waiting for an order for almost an hour.
