Absolutely great Customer Service. I had a great experience shopping for a TV at Best Buy. The salesperson ‘JAY’ was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. They explained the differences between the TV models without pressuring me to make a purchase and helped me choose the one that best fit my needs and budget. Their excellent customer service made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone shopping for electronics.
Don’t use Geek Squad. Dropped off phone for simple battery replacement. Was supposed to take 1.5 hours. 4 hours later they are still are not done.
