Purchased a washer,dryer combo. I'm happy with my purchase but delivery and customer service is a joke at best. I'm 70 yrs old, Never have I had to deal with such incompetence.

I did a update:::: Worst customer service ever! Still waiting on a refund after 18 days went to the store three times tried to call four times still no refund Update the site pages you sent does nothing in reaching out for the review! I’m at the store now and now it’s been 21 days with no refund Update. The manager Jay N said that manager Brian Schuler had issues with ? And that he would call us the next day. Well it’s been two days and still no reply or refund! Went back to the store now and Jay tried to get in touch with Brian whom supposedly the one to handle it. No answer from him. All seems so so shady Someone is not telling the truth and it’s not us. Last updated. We finally got our refund thanks to the manager Jay N. Apparently, he had to go over Brian Schuller’s head and reach out to the district manager Which approved us our refund. Jay N Was very professional and handled my husband George very well. Still something shady going on there with the other manager Jay N Had tried several times to get Brian to contact us, but he never did which Jay Was unaware of. It only took 21 days to get our full refund Which was ridiculous since they got our money right away. Thank you so much Jay and Concord Mills District manager
