Ordered a laptop that was to be delivered on 9/12. Weather was inclement and we did not connect at the 9:30pm delivery. 9/13 I cancelled the delivery and told them I'll pick it up at the store. Called the store and was told it was ready for pick up. Got to the store and the manager Frank said the driver had not brought the laptop. Fine I said just give me another, I paid for it. Frank said that's not our "process" and that we have to wait to get the laptop from the driver. Really?!! I was told it was ready for pickup. What if the driver doesn't bring it back Frank?!!! I'm out.

This best buy has like absolutely nothing in my opinion compared to other ones. I am not a big fan of it personally but if you can not go to other ones, I get it.
