Worst customer service ive ever experienced. I bought a brand new TV yesterday. Unboxed and set up only to find scratches and scuffs on the screen. It should have had a clear protective flim on it for shipping. So i called the help line that doesnt even connect to the store. They told me it does have a screen protector and it can be hard to get off sometimes but you just have to work at the corners. I did as instructed and ended up peeling the entire first layer of the screen off. Come back up here today for answers and not even the manager can tell me anything other than to file a 3rd party claim and let them decide. How can this store sell damaged and used products marked as new and then not stand behind them when an issue is found? Beware shopping here!!!!

Many employees around but, never in the section of the store that you need. Waited for a sales person in home theater, we finally just left.
