Not a very helpful Best Buy. I shop here because it is close and convenient. Almost never had anyone ask me if I need help finding something. If I do find someone to ask a question, it always seems like I'm interrupting them from something more important or they have no idea because it isn't their department. If you know what you need and where they keep it, your fine. If you need help with something, try elsewhere.
In and out quickly. Associates were helpful
If you’re wanting to buy a gaming PC or anything dealing with the computer, save your time and energy and go to Micro center on south blvd. Best Buy employees are good for nothing and they just stand there offering no help at all and they have no knowledge on the product that they are selling. Best Buy has become complete trash when it comes to electronics and customer service go somewhere else where they appreciate your time.

Had to return an item within the 90 days to get a replacement and the employee was most helpful. They didn't have the exact model at that store, so he recommended nearby stores that had it or they could ship me one for next day delivery. I opted for the delivery and he finished my order and I was on my way. No hassle, great customer service!
