Team member Brian and another young man where very helpful and answered questions. I was able to get the items we needed with ease. I appreciate their help.
The big problem was that my family and I were followed around the store by one of the stores loss prevention/security people. I don't think she knew I was aware but when she got close to me mentioning she liked my dress and then tried to look at our bags without being suspicious and then walking away it was clear what she was doing. This was offensive.
We will do our best going forward to go any other best buy before coming back to the one at Concord Mills. Of the people in there my family was followed around. This was and is not acceptable. I will be reaching out to the corporate office about this as well.
I will also be sharing my thoughts with others I know who shop at this particular location.

Hi, I’d like to express a concern regarding a staff member named NICK (from Sony) with blue uniform; today 07/27/2025 around 2:40pm. I approached him as a customer, and instead of kindly asking me to wait, he made a very rude hand gesture to silence me because he was “busy.”
I understand employees can be helping other customers, but the way he handled it was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. He could have simply said “Just a moment, please” instead of using a dismissive gesture.
I expect better customer service, especially at a store like Best Buy. Thank you for listening. I hope this can be addressed appropriately.
Been there several times. Staff is usually available and ready to assist.
