Update in response to owner: Seriously? Your solution for an 80 year old woman needing tech support to activate her new Jitter phone is to go online and look it up or reach out to you on social media? And no, we weren't expecting "immediate assistance", but standing in line for 2 hrs waiting as if it were the DMV only to be chided at by the staff is such an awful way to conduct your business. If we wanted customer service digitally, we would've purchased the phone online, and not at your disrespectful store. Also, take accountability. You and the customer service reps at your store actually do kinda suck. Acknowledge it and do better. I would give 0 stars if possible. We bought a new phone for my mom, and went into have it activated. Waited in line for 2 hours with my mom who is 80 yrs old and recovering from cancer, only to be told over and over again we had to keep waiting because people who had appointments had priority. Nobody mentioned making an appt when we bought the phone. They had no courtesy, and we're just assholes, so we walked out and still haven't activated the phone. You have 1 person working at a desk and 30 people walking around doing nothing on a Saturday... do better.
