I ordered my items online so I did curbside pickup. I had a few items but my big ticket item required me to pull up to the front entrance of the store and the experience was smooth sailing. They had my items ready and placed everything in my vehicle with care without scratching anything. I even had to go inside but total time after pulling in was about 5 minutes. I got in an out quickly which I needed to do and they did an awesome job! It had been a while since I visited this particular best buy store but it's always a good experience when I go. Highly recommend!
