I have had nothing but issues with this location in the past few years. Now to put the icing on the cake i have an item i ordered on the 10th of July which was delivered on the 14th of July that still says out for delivery. I cant return the item because best buy wont update it due to it being a marketplace order. I was also told by best buy its fedex's fault then proceeded to tell me it would be the seller to have to update their app to show as delivered. I have spoken to the seller also getting the run around. So my point being dont waste your money ordering from best buy!
