Employee on phone has an attitude. Employees in store are constantly upselling and giving the work around. Go somewhere else with honest and efficient employees.

Do not shop at this location for delivery to military installation. They will play games and pretend to fulfill your order. Was promised a washer and dryer by July 5th to have it canceled twice after hours of waiting.
Protect your time and money and do not shop at Best Buy.
