My husband and I had the greatest experience yesterday at Best Buy in Gastonia. We went to get help ,with a product we purchased from there the day before , and a gentleman named Bush helped us. He was absolutely incredible!!! His knowledge of the product, the time he took to explain everything ,and his customer service was excellence on a different level !!!! If you need a excellent Customer experience at Best Buty go ask for Bush!!! He is truly the best ! -,Bishop and Lady Benton
The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful with the purchase of our daughter's refrigerator.

Supervisors, CHRISTY and ALEXIS, are extremely RUDE AND DENSE!
I brought in my brand new MacBook Pro M5 due to a software issue that repeatedly forced OS reinstalls and erased my data. The system falsely rejected my correct password and showed a FileVault recovery message Apple could not see on their end.
When I asked about compensation for my time and data loss, the supervisor, Christy, became snappy and hostile, and said they did not have to help me. THEY SAID THEY DID NOT HAVE TO HELP ME RETURN A FAULTY DEVICE THEY SOLD TO ME. I was treated as if I were dishonest or incapable, with multiple employees repeatedly rechecking serial numbers on my account.
Wess, a senior Geek Squad agent, and Alexis were present. Instead of attempting a basic in-store OS reinstall, I was told there was “nothing they could do” and that the device would need to be shipped out.
I ultimately resolved part of the issue myself by deleting the OS, which immediately allowed the device to be removed from my iPhone, confirming their lack of willingness to help. The lack of technical competence and the condescending treatment were unacceptable.
I would strongly advise against buying Apple products or using Geek Squad services at this location.

I may have drove past this location but I definitely didn't go in. Their prices are criminal. Nuff said.
