Called store, store doesn't take calls any longer. Bestbuy.com customer service REQUIRED I buy online & product would be ready when I got to the store. Waited for hours! Store had the product I already paid for but couldn't give it to me. I saw it in the store, they said order must be processed. I showed them I've paid for it. NEVER BUY OVER THE PHONE, THEY WILL MISLEAD YOU!! Store employees were nice, customer service number is NOT honest.
