Me in my Uncle in law was redeeming our pick up order of an 80 inch television. The service was fast and prompt. The employees had the item preposterous and ready when we arrived. We could not place the TV on my SUV in its box. So we removed the box. The staff let us leave the empty box parts in the front and they disposed of it for us. Pleased with this experience.

After being solicited for money in the parking lot, I attempted to let the store know what was happening. I was put to Best Buy's new AI phone system instead of the location that I was trying to call. After the third attempt I was told I needed to give personal information just to be connected to which I said no.
