Worst experience ever. Bought a laptop new in box, got home and found there was no power adapter and laptop was an older model of a different brand. Learned you cannot call store and talk with anyone. Drive back. Employees were shocked and very kind. Manager, however, was a total jerk with full on eyes rolling, debating. He demanded one of his staff to “just go find one and give it to her”. At that point with him acting angry at me, I insisted on a refund. He walked away without handling the situation and his staff thought he was handling it. Later they chased him down and got me the refund after at least 20 minutes waiting. No apology, no acknowledgment that they need to get to bottom of how that happened. Will never shop there again due to total lack of trust of their business practices and poor management.
