Did my research, but gave my basic wants for a new TV. The associate had good knowledge, but no alternatives suggested were better than what I already had in mind. Picking up TV tomorrow. As long as they have held the unit for me, would raise rating to 5. If the ball gets dropped, then I will rate again based on their "solution".

I went into this store on June 21 to use a gift card that I had. I decided on a Lego set (the mini orchid), and an employee picking online orders came over and took the the LAST orchid Lego set from me to fulfill an online order after I clearly had this purchase IN MY HANDS for several minutes before he even got to the aisle to pick the item. Disgusting customer service and I will never be back to this store. That was the last mini orchid set from here all the way to Durham and what your employee did was unacceptable. Anytime I purchase items online and they are not available in store the item is marked as such, you DO NOT take it from another customers hands. The store in Burlington ended up, ordering this for me and having it rushed delivered to my house at no extra cost. DO BETTER

There were only two people in that store who approached my husband and me to help us. We were obviously looking for something as we scanned and walked, twirling in circles trying to figure out where the item was located. I chose a large screen, he looked at a sound bar, we made our purchase and left.
