I needed a tablet and so i bought 2 different options making sure id be able to return the other i didnt decide to keep. i got them on Sept 21st and put in for the return on the 27th. tried to go into best buy yesterday on the 8th of october and was told i was past the return window. the manager was called over for someone else and i tried to ask her abut it she said oh we are here for you but i have to have the return label and just walked away without letting me say anything else. i called the 800 number and they said since it was bought on their marketplace they couldnt do anything about it. how can you sell something on your website but then take no accountability for it? then to be so dismissive of me while i was in store best buy will never get another dime from me.
