Always a pleasure going here, staff is friendly, attentive and good at breaking down any added information. Like, add-ons, accessories, subscriptions and all the like. Many a different times have I gone and nothing but a good time. Thanks Bestbuy of Greensboro.
I stopped into this location to browse some of their PC’s and worked with a young man named Finn. He was incredibly knowledgeable and very professional. I told him what kind of things I needed the PC to do for my work and he found me the perfect fit at the right price. I’m not sure how much they’re paying this guy but whatever it is isn’t enough. If you need someone to work with Finn is the go to guy.
Had what we need. Employee greeting us at the door, pointing which way to go. I gave it a 4 because the person they called to help up never showed. I would've given a 3 except another employee stepped up to help, although not knowledgeable in the area we were shopping, he did wait with us for the employee who never showed, so I rated a 4.
This Greensboro store is the worst BestBuy location I’ve ever seen. The people are not trained, not attentive, and not supervised. I went in today to buy 5 televisions for my new house. One woman in that department seemed to in a trance - never moved, never acknowledged me. I asked a man to show me the tv models I wanted and he tried to turn me over to someone else, who said he was busy. I looked around on my own and no one approached me. The one man who I approached first had on headphones and appeared to be playing a game. We made eye contact and he went back to his game. As I left I asked a woman if I could speak to a manager. I was told the manager was in the rest room. Several minutes later the manager came out of a place (not a restroom). I told her of my experience and she just looked a me and “ok thank you”. I walked out, not believing that a manager would not have said something like “sorry, let’s go back there and I’ll get you the help you need”, or somehow offer to help. Walmart here I come.
