Excellent customer service.
Went with the intent of purchasing a new printer/scanner. We walked around the store looking for the correct section, 2-3 employees walked by. Not one made eye contact nor asked if they could assist us. My husband went and found an employee to help. The assistant was very curt and seemed very put out by my questions. I then decided to ask customer service about my situation. The employee there never asked to help and never even said “we’ll be with you in a minute”, no interaction at all. This was a Wednesday afternoon at 3:00, store was not busy. Even if itt was busy, terrible service. I will make my purchases elsewhere on anything needed in the future and will mention to my friends the poor customer service in all realms we received today.

Local store number not provided. AI feels like a bad customer service representative blowing you off to webpages you've already looked at. When you get a real person they are in another country. They have no personal experience of the store. It's cold and impersonal. Why can't I just be connected to the store? Why is that not an option?
