I went to Best Buy to see if I could trade in my laptop. I stood at customer service, one guy from the geek squad offered to get help. Stood there for another 15 minutes after three associates with blue shirts on walked by me and didn’t utter a word to me. I had to walk to the registers to get help. Asked for the manager, the apology was lack luster and she really didn’t care. Asked for another manager, he said he would talk to the associates. I asked for the big manger’s information and everyone was clueless, was told to call corporate to file a complaint. People work to hard for there money to receive terrible customer service. Needless to say I won’t spend a dime there anymore.
