This Bestbuy seems to be under staffed and the employees working show, by their attitudes and expressions, they really don’t want to be there. It is very frustrating and disappointing to go there and have to deal with this type of service.

Best buy is simply terrific! I bought one computer on line but had to go to the store to return it because it wasn't the right one. When I went to the store, It was jammed with customers, but the salespeople were plentiful and very helpful telling me where to go. Thankfully, the return was easy and quick.
When I had a representative (Jacob), help me buy a new computer, he was outstanding! He never rushed me even though I had tons of questions. Although there were customers that interrupted us, he quickly directed them and focused on me. I'm not tech savvy and Jacob never made me feel stupid and he was able to explain things in laymen terms. I got the computer I wanted and saved 50% bc it was on sale! All in all, great!
