Apple support set me an appointment with you guys and the problem came out unsolved. Worker told me they would have to hold my phone for 5 business days just for a battery replacement, and still didn’t order it.

Service was awful--stood waiting several minutes waiting on an employee and then had to go and find one that was standing within sight bsing about personal stuff and acted like I was bothering them...

They beat Walmarts price on ear buds by about 30$! The associate that sold them to us didn't even make us wait in line at the front of the store to have them unlocked from the box. After we purchased the ear buds he promptly took them to wherever they needed to be unlocked and brought them to us in less than 2 minutes which saved us 20 minutes in line. Excellent customer service, excellent product at an excellent price!
