My wife and I went to the Greenville store a couple of days ago to buy a TV. After waiting in the TV section for over 20 minutes, I finally called their store and asked if they could send an associate to the TV section. 10 more minutes passed. We finally left and ordered a TV through Amazon. This is why I will never shop at Best Buy again.
