This was a typical Best Buy experience. Little to no one greeting customers. My daughter and I were in the store for a good 20 minutes before someone asked if we needed assistance. I love Best Buy, but found them to be very overpriced with TV instillations. I end up buying 2 tvs (50” & 65”) from Walmart along with their $79 instillation fee. Let’s do better Best Buy!

Cliff did incredible installing my new car radio super professional and helpful during the whole process even helped me with ordering another part when one wasn't available. He went above and beyond awesome work.
Thanks to Emma, my mother was able to get a new laptop ordered. She was knowledgeable, cordial, spirited, nice, and inviting. She almost made me buy, too! I was able to do some "window shopping." Everything was great: atmosphere, ambience, temperature, carrying staff, and all! Love you guys! Keep up the excellence of service!! Greenville's Best Buy is the best!
