Bought a new laptop and traded in my old one. While the in store experience was great the phone experience really stunk.
I had left a photo file on the laptop that I was hoping they could save but I was totally unable to talk to anyone in the store. I know it is my fault for forgetting to save the file to my external drive you’d think there would be a way you could talk to someone in an effort to have the files saved so until I could get back to the store
We’ll live and learn, this is what happens when the customer is unimportant and the last thing a business thinks about

The Geek squad area was very slow. I waited 30 minutes just to be told I would have to wait at least 15 more minutes. Only 1 person helping up front. Staff was not listening to what I was needing help with on my computer. I knew what was wrong-just not able to fix it myself. I did not wait and I took it somewhere else and it was fixed on the spot.
