Long time customer of this location and spend tons of money here annually. Usually a decent experience. Today I went looking for a dash cam for my new truck as my other car has one already. Spoke to someone and asked if I buy the dash cam elsewhere if I can still use Best Buy for the install. Was told at the time, yes. It also said this on their website without caveats or exclusions. Scheduled the appointment and came at appointment time and was then told l that it had to purchased with Best Buy. Spoke with a manager (the best manager there imo) who then spoke to the installer and at that point it just became a hassle. Didn’t understand what I bought (they sale a very similar one in store). The price suddenly increased by 80 bucks for the install (never shared with me previously). Ended up scheduling elsewhere, they had a hearty chuckle about how the Best Buy installer thought it had to be installed. Time to divest I guess and use microcenter more.
Great customer service I was able to add a recent purchase to my membership plan using the receipt no problem now I have the extended warranty coverage on it!
Really enjoyed the experience with this Best Buy. Very informative.
Came here to have my hubby buy a new laptop. The associate was extremely helpful, and helped us find a better one than what we were looking for.
