Came here to have my hubby buy a new laptop. The associate was extremely helpful, and helped us find a better one than what we were looking for.
I pay for their Real Geeks service and have used them several times. I also use them to safely recycle electronics. I buy computers, electronics and appliances here.
Purchased new washer/dryer, price was below MSRP but then came all the add on cost. You are required to get electrical power cords, stainless water lines (even as had just added new ones) and the lent vent pipe (this caused a week delay as it wasn't on the original invoice). These aren't optional, its required. The delivery was reasonable but it kept being postponed. Took almost two months. Then Best Buy refused to move my old appliances but relented after I agreed to an extra charge (and caused another delay??). They kept pushing their credit card with a 10% off next purchase. But it was denied as my credit score was too good??? But they don't charge points for using my Discover card, that's getting rare. Lastly the delivery driver accidentally ran over a valuable Japanese maple. I do have a difficult drivway to navigate, but it still hurts to see a 30yo memorial tree crushed.
I won't be shopping at Best Buy ever again!
