After the installation, I saw the two grills that hold the charcoal filters in place were not present after being assured, multiple times that ALL parts were present and the unit "Condition:EXCELLENT" as noted on the receipt. Since you cannot actually call to speak with a manager anymore , you have to drive 45 min one way, Not a pleasant experience at all and no, I dont want your social media A.I. requesting feedback. Best Buy Jacksonville,NC sucks I should have purchased from a local appliance store as I had originally planned and I would not have extra hours of wasted time in the store and outside the store to deal with.

Don't go here! Horrible customer service ! I was looking at TVs and the employee saw me and when he finished ringing someone up he disappeared. Then had to wait awhile before someone else showed up and he wasn't too helpful. Went to the front to pay for something and it took so long I just put the item back and left. I'll go to Wilmington next time!
My husband and I came in looking for a TV unsure what to get. Mr. D was incredibly helpful and patient with us. He answered all of our questions and went above and beyond. Thank you so much for all of your help! We will definitely be back in the future.
