Purchased a laptop, immediately made an appointnentvwith the Geek Squad to have my data and files transferred. Appt was for the following day, when I made my appt I told the person that I would be traveling over an hour to have the transfer and asked how long the transfer would take, I was assured it would be completed that same day. I show up to have the transfer completed, while filling out my paperwork I asked Matt the Geek Squad rep how long the transfer would take, he said it wouldn't be that day, I explained how long ,my travel was and that I was assured when I made my appt it would be done the same day. He didn't care, he didn't even apologize. I called my local Staples, they were $40 less for the same exact service. I can't say Matt provided poor customer service, he provided none. I would not recommend the Geek Squad in Moorehead City, NC. And Matt should be sent to customer service training.
