Tried to find out if a product was in stock at my local store and chaos insued .Do not like the AI answering system when you call or the fact that you can't talk to someone at your local store .

Very poor customer service at Best Buy. I came in for a simple return because the item was uncomfortable. The employee (said her name was Ariana) was dismissive, mumbled comments like “his ears hurt,” and seemed to intentionally make the process harder instead of just looking up my receipt by phone number when asked. The whole interaction felt petty and unprofessional, and she even crumpled the receipt at the end before I had to ask for a copy.
I walked in polite and just wanted to complete a normal return. Experiences like this make it unpleasant to shop here. Management should review customer service standards.

It's really sad that the employees standing around in the TV section talking to another off duty employee would rather talk than sell me a TV he called on the radio for somebody to come help me who never showed up
