Some of the best service I’ve ever seen that at Best Buy in the whole state. Especially Aaron, who helped me in a crunch with some Technology things I needed fast.
It's hit or miss here. Sometimes you get a really awesome employee like Kayla and other times you get an employee who hates their life, your life, and every life in existence. I am definitely not a fan of them putting a sticker on the plastic of the sealed game. Some of us like to collect stuff and having to take off the sticker makes me nervous every time. I made a big Switch game purchase and they were following me around the store before I completed the purchase, yet while that happened someone shoplifted. Seems to be a regular occurrence there. Some employees want to help and others will avoid you.

Great experience! Walked in and was helped right away, all questions answered, and left feeling very satisfied. Bought two new phones, Jaiden Wright helped us through the entire process, including the trade ins, cases, warranty, backing up the old phones and syncing the new ones. 👍😁
